Best salon I've found in 11 years. Outstanding color and highlights by Georgia. Great cut by Sloan. My 12 year old daughter was also thrilled with her haircut. Outstanding customer service, too. It's a little pricey, but as always, you get what you pay for.

In my search for a new stylist my hunt lead me to Three-13. After reading reviews I was excited to try it. The atmosphere is very organized and the parafin wax while having your hair shampooed was a nice touch. Chris cut my hair and it was OK but not great. I have thick hair and asked her to texturize it but she used thinning shears and cut it really close to my scalp and then cut my ends uneven. Luckily my hair grows fast so after 3 weeks it was manageable. Even the styling was so-so, she didn't use a round brush or put any product on it so as soon as I left in the rain it frizzed. Three-13 called to check on my hair cut but it had only been 2 days and I didn't return the call as I was trying to give it some time. I didn't notify management so it's no reflection on the salon. Maybe it was an off day for her but I would have thought someone with 8 years of experience would have provided a better cut. Finished product not worth the price.

I have been going to this salon for 14 years and I only see Shannon Woodard for my highlights and Traci for my haircut. I get so many compliments on my hair on a daily basis. Shannon is so professional and knowledgeable, she makes you feel comfortable instantly! My hair ends up looking like it should be in a photo shoot. Traci cuts hair like no other-she is amazing! You too will look fabulous when you go see these ladies at Three-13 Salon!

I have been to the salon twice. The first time it was so bad I had to shave it off. I have been looking for a decent salon for eight years. After about a year from the incident I thought I would try somebody else there, it looked good leaving but when I got home and washed it, my hair was uneven and parts were bald. This place is like a bad scene out of Thriller. Oh, but wait there is a 2 week guarantee if you want to go back and waste your time to get an even worse cut. After this experience my behind felt chapped. I'd rather go to great clips where you know you're getting what you pay for.

I have been a client of Three-13 for 8 years now and have always been more than satisfied with my service. From my routine maintenance to my wedding day, Three-13 is the best! My referrals speak for themselves - every week I am recommending them to total strangers that approach me. I don't know what I would do without them!

The entire experience was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and I really didn't have an idea of what I wanted and Bobbi gave me a great haircut. The best haircut I have ever had. Great experience.

I had a mani/pedi, facial and eyebrow wax with Angela. She was great in all areas! The pedi room was a little chilly but the facial room was so cozy and comfortable. I think i fell asleep!

This year I celebrate over 31 years of being a client at Three~13 and so enjoy the professional guidance that helps me stay with current styles. I would not go anywhere else! The professional pride and obvious passion for the art of beauty care is so clearly apparent. The Three~13 experience begins before you enter the doors of the building with viewing the ever changing landscape of the beautiful grounds. On the inside there are rooms with soft music, choice of beverages, a back message after each shampoo, interesting conversation with Three~13 professionals.
Rooms are adorned with fresh flowers and holiday decor. It never fails; I leave with a smile, for each visit is pact with pleasure. Thank you Tony, Michael, and the entire Three~13 family! You are the greatest!

In the 30-plus years I have gone to Three~13 my "waits" have been few and far between. To balance any wait I have had, there has been great understanding when I have overlooked an appointment; employees have been very understanding and eased my embarrassment.

Yes, the price of my cut is seemingly high, but even when I need a new cut the style is blow, shake, and looks good. Not the case on the few visits I have had to have a cut elsewhere.
