Happily recommend this service
I am a first time home buyer and always fear being taken advantage of. When we realized we needed the HVAC cleaned, I checked out a few vendors and did my research on Kudzu. Scott and his team responded immediately, and came in very reasonably priced. They showed up on time, took care of business, finished on time, and were pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this service.

New Dryer vent
Scott came out to clean our dryer vent and found that it was not up to current building codes. He told us that trying to clean it would not be in our best interest and that replacing it was the right thing to do not to mention the smart thing to do becuase of the fire hazard it was causing. He had all the materials on the truck that he needed to do the replacement vent. In the end we are happy that we went with the replacement and can sleep better at night knowing it was done right. I appreciate the fact that Scott did a great job and charged a very fair price for the work completed.

-simply the best service i have gotten everby an
scott said he would be out at 9am he got here at 8:45! great start! he showed up ahead of time ! I was an auto mechanic before retiring and i'll tell you watching them i realized i had chosen the right company . he is truly a perfectionist . quality job all around . and when he finished i asked how much ?he told me ,and i was again surprised , the price he had given me over the phone was exactly the same price he gave me when the job was done , tax and everything was included including a new up grade paper filter!! i only wish he was in many other businesses so i could use him for my other needs. don't be fooled by the bait and switch tactics of other companies , you get what you pay for and in my case i got much more than i paid for .and his truck is a wonder in itself, the pump on that truck will suck the chrome off a bumper hitch! thank you Scott you did a great job . i'd give you ten stars ,but unfortunately the review only goes up to 5 stars !! george

Fresh air
We just moved down from New Jersey into a 30 year old home that had a terrible odor in it. We painted and replaced the carpets but could not get rid of the odor. I called Hvac Cleaning and had them come out after being assured they could remove the odor from the ducts. I was so impressed, they did such a through job and cleaned up after themselves very well. We turned the heat on after they left and within one day the house smelled 100% better. I even notice in the mornings that when we wake up we don't have the congestion in our chests that we had before the duct cleaning done. Joan-Alpharetta, GA

PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE
Scott came and did such a fantastic job, worth every penny. He was very courteous and when he left my home you would have never thought I had my ducts cleaned. My home was spotless. I would highly recommend him. Everyone out there reading this, STAY AWAY from those companies that offer so-called deals and coupons.....they will not service your home ducts in the same manner. You WILL GET what you pay for with Scott. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy tenants after Atlanta air duct cleaning
HVAC Cleaning Technologies in Atlanta did the air duct cleaning in our rental home in north Atlanta. Our tenants requested that we get someone out to do the air duct cleaning because they had mold growing on the air duct covers. We hired HVAC Cleaning Technologies to do the air duct cleaning and they did a great job. Our tenants said they could tell a difference the next day after the air duct cleaning, they said they woke up for the first time since moving in with out coughing and runny noses, they had just moved from Arizona to Atlanta and had figured it was the different air here making them sick. I am glad my tenants are happy and am thankful to HVAC Cleaning Technologies for doing such a great job cleaning their atlanta air ducts. Kudzu always helps us find good contractors in the Atlanta area. Scott was truly a pleasure to work with.

A+ SERVICE
I was overly impressed by the service I got from HVAC Cleaning Technologies. I called no less than 5 duct cleaning companies and found Scott to be the most knowledgable. He even directed me to the EPA and NADCA websites so that I may educate myself more on the correct procedures for having my ducts cleaned properly. After taking in all the information I decieded to use Scott to clean our duct systems. They did a great job, answered all my questions to my satisfaction and beyond. Went beyond the call
We recently bought a house in Marietta and our vents needed to be clean due to our family's allergies. We chose HVAC Cleaning Technologies to service our home. After thoroughly cleaning our vents, checking our unit and the equipment allied, HVAC left our home much cleaner than when they had arrived. They were professional, detail oriented, patient with my questions and polite. About an hour after they had left my condenser pump started to leak all over my laundry room. Evidently the pump lines were deteriorated and the HVAC cleaning sent more water than the lines could handle and they broke. I called the owner who was in Cummings at the time and he left immediately and came down and spent 4 hours rerouting and replacing my lines, which included a trip to the supply store, so my unit could function properly. I was only charged an extra $150 for parts and labor. He left my house clean and in much better working condition than before the cleaning. In addition, the office manager told me that I only need to have my HVAC system cleaned every five to seven years. This company does not try to edge in unneeded services. I confidently recommend this company to anyone.
