SATPRO Atlanta Satellite TV & HDTV

We have never had satellite service before so I was not sure what to expect. All I knew was that the cable provider had to go because of the poor video. Found Ed on Kudzu. He discussed and educated me on the installation prior to coming. Then he delivered as promised. Video is great and I was amazed that I did not even have any outages during recent heavy rains.

Ed did a fantastic job setting up our over the air antenna system when we tired of our cable provider in Peachtree City. From equipment to knowledge to follow up service Ed and SATPRO have been top notch. We recommend them highly!

I have a difficult satellite install (lots of trees) and Ed did a great job with explaining everything very thoroughly and making a clean installation. I'm glad I went with Satpro Atlanta and would highly recommend them with no reservations. A true professional.

Called Ed to explore installation. He arrived on time the very next day, assessed what he needed to do and returned at our agreed upon time for the installation. He did a first class job. i would not hesitate to use him anytime.

The best thing about SatPro is Ed, it is knowledgable. DirecTV install was fast and clean. I had a lot of questions - the sales people at DirecTV suggest they have an offer that is special. You can get the same deal from Ed. Further you can talk about the Equipment -- particulary with DVRs, the model makes a difference. This is just a great outfit and I trust them. Yes you probably can get it cheaper, but when you are making a 2 year commitment saving $20 or $40 on an installation seems silly. A service call to fix that install will be $50

I needed a satellite dish installed for our office needs. DirectTV sent out "Expert Commercial" installers. We needed the dish to be installed on the roof of the building and to follow building and fire codes. The installers came to do a site visit and said it was a very complicated job and I never heard back from them. I searched on the web and found SATPRO Atlanta. I left a message and Ed called back instantly. He assessed over the phone what I needed and came out the next day to do a site visit and meet with the building engineer. He said the job would be no problem meeting the codes and he could do the job in a few hours. I called one of his references and he said Ed was very professional, honest and would recommend him with no hesitation. I hired Ed and he was fantastic. He did exactly what he said he would do. He has my "THUMBS UP".

This guy knows his business. I had been with Direct TV for a total of 6 years in two locations. When I wanted HD they sent out 'techs' twice. They both only had one option---on the roof in the front of the house. I called Satpro-----problem solved. Ed gave me those options and several more. He is a professional. I have great HD service now. Best to start with him before calling Direct or Dish.

I had tree conflicts that didn't allow HD programming from my satellite provider. He was able to do what Dish and Directv said couldn't be done. Ed asked a lot of questions prior to the site visit. Once he arrived, the solution was quickly resolved. I will be recommending him to anyone with satellite issues.

I was told by DirecTV representatives on 3 seperate installer visits (one was a supervisor) that I could not receive HD service because I was blocked by trees. I had been a DirecTV customer for seven years and they basically gave up on me. Casual web surfing led me to the SatPro website.

I called the local number and the owner returned my call almost immediately. I found him extremely helpful and accommodating. A visit the next day to my home provided a site survey proving that I could in fact receive HD signal. Two days later, the owner returned, installed the new equipment and alasHD television! His attention to detail was obvious and his install was clean and organized

The owner, Ed is knowledgeable and courteous and a true professional. I recommend him to anyone with a similar situation a magician in my book!
