I have moved all over the country, and I have several pieces of antique furniture. Never have my things been so well cared for. The whole crew was professional, and attentive and very customer-focused. Truly a very positive experience.

I'm so impressed by these guys because I've had bad experiences with movers in the past. I've had guys show up late, misplace things, break things, straight up take things and now I'm just paranoid.

These guys: excellent! And let me tell you why: they show up on time; they grab your boxes and go without a drop, kick, or scratch; everything gets to the destination in one piece; you're unpacked and they're out the door all in a couple of hours.

Normally this shouldn't be a big deal because it's the basic job description for these guys but apparently not many movers know that and just go out of their way to screw things up. Mark the movers does it right the first time.

Charley Anderson with his crew, Larry and Raiford were outstanding. Started at 745am and had finished the job at 1115am. They went above and beyond what I would have asked of them.

You can use Mark the Mover with confidence.

I've moved 13 times in 15 years and Mark the Mover is by by far the best mover I've ever used. Solomon, Dafton and D'Wayne arrived on time, were very pleasant and got straight to work. They had my one bedroom apartment emptied out and loaded on the truck in just about an hour. They were extremely careful with my belongings and ensured that everything was covered, wrapped and secure. They unloaded my belongings in my new house in even less time, but were kind enough to stick around and help me position my furniture just the way I wanted it. They were so nice, so professional and I would totally use Mark the Mover again and recommend this company to anyone.

I used MTM twice in the last month and BOTH times they were GREAT!! On time, professional, and hard-working. I have had to move several times in the last six years, all in Atlanta (see other reviews). MTM is without a doubt the very best mover I have ever used BY FAR!!!! Worth every penny!!!

Coleman and his team of five men provided excellent service during our two-day move. They arrived on time, were courteous and extremely careful with our furniture. I highly recommend their services! We were well-pleased from beginning to end!

The next time that we move, we'll definitely use Mark the Mover again. Coleman, Fausto, Fernando, Derrick, and Juan moved us and were by far the best moving crew that we have ever had. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and no damage was done to our furniture our new house! I will recommend them to all of our friends!

MTM recently moved my boyfriend and I locally in Atlanta a few weeks ago. The move went great, took a little more time than we thought, but the guys did a fantastic job. It was the weeks after the move that made me thoroughly impressed with MTM:

A few days later, when we tried to have the cable installed, we plugged our flatscreen LCD television in - only to find that it would no longer turn on. We called a tv repair man who informed us the boards were broken and it would take almost 600 dollars to fix. I think many people have been 'burned' by moving companies in the past, and since this was exactly what I was expecting, I continued to write a very stroppy letter to MTM complaining about this mishap. To my surprise, Paul called me within the hour to gather the details about the incident and the problem and told me he was going to look into it. He called me the following morning, and to my utter astonishment, he said MTM would pay to repair the television, since the problem was inadvertently their fault (long story, but I suppose LCD tv's will now be moved in a different manner). Even though we signed a waiver AND they were not required to pay more than $300, Paul informed me they would pay in full, because 'it was the right thing to do' !!!!! Paul and the rest of the staff were so helpful. I in no way expected that kind of honesty from a moving company, and I would completely recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area.
