Accu Care

Jason came out yesterday to clean my carpets. We had a very damaged part of our carpet due to cat pee. He came in and worked some magic by replacing the carpet with a scrap I had and cleaning the areas underneath the carpet. Now the area looks great and looks as though there was no issue.

I really appreciated his hard work and attention to detail. Thanks and I will call again!

I called several carpet cleaning companies before I chose Accu Care. I went back to Accu care because of the knowledge and know how Courtney gave me over the phone. She accutally suggested I call other carpet companies and to ask them particular questions. I've been carpet cleaner educated!!! Jason came in and made an old, ugly, smelly carpet look practially brand new. I'm very pleased and will recommend Accu Care to all of my friends and family. get prices too!!!

Accu-Care cleaned and stretched my carpets over the summer. They cleaned 8 rooms and stretched the carpet in 3 of the rooms. The carpets look like new. I didn't think that they were very dirty but after they finished cleaning them they looked like they were brand new. My husband can't stand loose carpets and when he came home from out of town he was amazed. I was behind schedule in trying to get the cleaning and stretching setup and I had a small window in which I wanted to get it done. They were wonderful and worked with me to fit the work into my schedule. I will recommned Accu-Care to my friends and anyone else that asks. They did a great job and for a great price.

Don't call anyone else but Accu Care! Their professionalism, customer service and quality of work is the Best! Jason did Magic to my carpets and sofa. They look brand new again! Courtney is fantastic in the office, working around my schedule and making sure that everything is just perfect. They are the Best Of The Best!

We had Accucare stretch and re-tack our carpet during one visit and clean our carpets during another visit. We were very pleased both times. Accucare answered all of our questions, gave us a competitive quote and provided professional service. I would recommend them to a friend.

We called Accu Care to clean our carpet after our cats used the bathroom in the basement multiple times. After assessing our carpet, Jason from Accu Care suggested replacement rather than cleaning, due to the depth of the urine penetration. I decided to have Accu Care pull the up half of the carpet in the room and replace the whole section. The routine cleaning turned into an all day project. Accu Care did an incredible job. They removed the old carpet, disinfected and sealed the subfloor, replaced the padding and carpet, and cleaned our area rug and remaining carpet. The service was amazing, the employees were extremely friendly, and the price was very competitive. The carpet was meticulously pieced together and we could barely see the seam. I would not hesitate to call Accu Care again, and I recommend them to anyone who wants professional, timely, and reasonable priced carpet cleaning or installation. Thank you Accu Care for doing such a great job!

My husband and I recently purchased our first home and the carpets needed a little work. Not only were they pretty dirty, they were installed very poorly and were is desperate need of re-stretching. I decided to call Accu Care after reading all of the positive reviews, and I am so glad I did! When they were done cleaning and re-stretching the carpet, it looked almost brand new! And the service was outstanding. They fit us in on fairly short notice, answered all of my questions, ended up charging quite a bit less than the original estimate, and were extremely courteous. I would recommend Accu Care to anyone, and will definitely use them again the next time I need any work done on my carpets!

I tried several carpet cleaning companies, but I was always disappointed. I just gave up. I decided to try accu care because of their score on KUDZU before I replaced my carpet. Well I don't need new carpet now they made it look wonderful!!! To top that off they were courteous, prompt and affordable.

I had my carpets cleaned today and Accu Care was VERY professional and thorough in their cleaning. I was referred by a friend and I am so happy that they sent me in this direction. The carpets look awesome, and most important, I didn't have to do them myself! These are great people, I highly recommend them!

I found Accu Care through Kudzu and was THRILLED with the results. This was my first experience with Accu Care and I look forward to working with them for many years to come. They have extended the life of our carpet so that we can postpone replacing it for a few more years. Our carpet was given a “face lift” by re-stretching loose areas, then a thorough cleaning. Amazingly the color and texture are uniform again. Even in high traffic areas the color was restored and the texture brought back to life! Jason taught us how to clean spot areas so that we are not adding to the wear and discoloration. Our experience with Accu Care was great. In the past we had used other carpet services with mediocre results, but now that I have seen what can actually be done with a professional cleaning the bar has been raised!
