If you are looking for an awesome color and cut JASON at the Post Riverside location is the best!! I have never, EVER had such a great cut and color. He will move up fast I am sure of it. I have never reviewed a stylist before but I felt the need to after my appointment. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing, I appreciate stylist like him. Thanks!!!

They gave me the worst haircut and customer service I have ever had. I had been there a few times and it went ok. Then I asked for a certain cut, which was a few inches shorter and had more layers. Instead of taking off a few inches the hairdresser took my hair from waist length to shoulder length. I could not tell this until she was done; by that time it was too late. The fact that she was doing my hair and another's at the same time didn't help her. My hair had been wacked off, and did NOT look like the cut I had asked for. Being timid I did not say anything. At home, though, I noticed that the cut was very uneven. Not only did she cut my hair off, she had given me a poor cut! Two weeks later I went to another salon to get it fixed. I showed the new hairdresser a picture of the "old me," and she could not believe it. She said it was the worst mess she ever had to fix. The cut was so bad we had to just cut what was left off and I had to start over with growing it out again. To top it off, the complaint letter I wrote to Bob Steele's headquarters went unanswered. Save your money and your hair-don't go to Bob Steele!

I arrived for my 8:30 appointment and was told to be have a seat -- 15 minutes later and nada, I asked the lady at the desk whether my stylist was in and I was told since I arrived seven minutes late she "she had taken another client".hmmm, well, that got me to thinking, at 8:30 am how could it be that "someone else was there waiting -- when I asked, the receptionist became very aggitated -- ok, fine -- so I left. When I called back to complain, I was told I didn't have an appointmrnt , even though we spoke the day before to confirm!

You know what, there are just too many places to get a haircut than to have to put up with BAD SERVICE! I'll let ya know who I find!

Hi - Does anyone know what happnened to Soni Nicholson? I really like her and wondering which other salon did she go to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. She left Bob Steele around October last year.

If you're looking for a name brand stylist cut then look no further. Here you are going to find professional cutters that will be there your next time around. If you're unsure then take a magazine cutout and your stylist will work with you for the best results. Very professional. Photograph ready hair cut for sure. With that comes a price so don't play sticker shock. Quality cost a few dollars more.

I love this salon! I have been going for almost 2 years now. The front desk staff is always so sweet when I walk in and am greeted. I had my eyebrows waxed while I was waiting, and it was impeccable. The girl who did them was very thorough and asked me if there was anything I wanted to change about them, when she was through but I didn't, they were great and I wasn't red afterward. My stylist is awesome. I see Kayla there, and she gave me such an amazing massage when she washed my hair. I was so relaxed when she was done. She listened to me and what I wanted and gave me the best haircut I have had! She even taught me how to style it as she dried it, and taught me which product to use. They use all Aveda, which is expensive, but she went so far as to explain why it costs a little more (made of better ingredients, environmentally friendly, etc..) while I couldn't afford all of the ones she suggested, I bought the shampoo, and she wasn't pushy about any of it, which I loved. I found her about 6 months ago, and refuse to see anyone else! I love this salon, check out the Hot Appointments! They are a great deal!

SAM!!! HIP HIP HOOOOORRRY! Love her! She really listened to me and understood my wants! First time in 10 years I like my hair and like to look at myself in the mirror!

I know that Bob Steele is alittle pricey, but you get what you pay for! I had been going to another large salon for sometime and just wasn't happy and kind of bored. Then I found out about Rebecca Webb at Bob Steele, she is terrific! Every time I come in she has a new idea for my hair, even though I don't aways take her up on it. It's nice to always know my options and the trends. She does the best color, very natural, grows out well and so shiney.
