I have used Paul and his team of appraisers three times now and each time was a great experience. Paul backs their work and will go to bat to defend his team. I enjoy working with this team.

I searched the Internet for an appraiser in Atlanta and happened to find Square 9. I was nervous using someone I found online. However, Paul and staff did an outstanding job. They were professional, prompt, and provided excellent customer service. If you found them online, don't hesitate calling.

Square 9 has done appraisal's for me for over 4 years and you can't ask for better service. They will bend over backwards to accomodate their clients. I never have underwriting conditions with their work either. They always pass review with flying colors. They are always at the top of my list!!!

I have been working very closely with Square 9 for over 3 years and have had such an excellent experience working with them. I have been in the mortgage industry for 8 years and I know a good appraiser is not easy to come by. This is why I always reccomend Square 9. Excellent turn around time, ALWAYS able to reach the appraiser for questions and quality work on every report! I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you need a reliable appraiser that will treat you right & do it in a timely manner, Square 9 is where you need to go!

Square 9 does a magnificent job with their appraisal work. Great customer service, fast turn around times, and very very quality work. My company has been using Square 9 for almost a year and a half now, and we have never been disappointed with any aspect of the appraisal ordering process, from start to finish. They have also covered every area we have requested. I would recommend them to anybody seeking a home appraisal.

Square 9 appraisals defines the meaning of customer service. The appraisals are fairly priced, very well done and I have them within a few days of ordering. I usually always reach someone when I call or they call right back. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an appraisal company.
