We've had the opportunity to retain Atlantis Plumbing 3 times in the past year. We moved into an older home, and Atlantis has been a savior. They usually can get a quality plumber to your door same day. Their estimates are fair and straightforward. They do not leave until the job is done correctly, and they take great care to leave a work area clean. This is a first rate professional company and I highly recommend them to you. This company provides that small town, professional, personal service in a large metropolitan area. I have been impressed with each plumber who has completed the work in our home. They are pleasant and courteous and very up front with customers. They will take the time to explain what they have done, in detail, and show you why you had a problem and how they fixed the issue. The company guarantees the work of its plumbers and they honor the guarantee. They do a great job!

Mike and his team have come to my rescue twice and I wouldn't dream of contacting another plumbing company. As a single female, safety, cost, timeliness and a job well done are very important to me.

The teams always were prompt, professional, delightful guys with a great work ethic. I have had them replace old, concrete sewage pipes leading to the street that backed up into the house (big yuck!) and more recently, after all the flooding, to pump out my crawl space and re-locate and replace my water heater that was submerged in the flooding. This involved also finding an electrician, which they did for me on the spot without my having to worry about it or worry I would get ripped off by one I would have to find myself.

Thinking I was going to have to spend a lot for a tankless system due to the location of the water heater and the constant flooding, Mike and his team freely offered a better, MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE solution and made it all happen in one day. I can't say enough good things about them.

Had a PRV go bad at the house. Of course I didn't notice until my problems persisted after replacing 2 toilet fill valves then we noticed that the TPR (temperature pressure relief) valve on the back of the house was dumping lots of water Atlantis gave us the best quote on the phone, stood by it, and got there within 4 hours of my call. Great service. Will use them again.

Atlantis Plumbing sent Shelby and Braxton to inspect the pipe connecting our residence to the county sewer line. Because there was no clean-out to access the line, they had to pull up the nearest toilet and introduce the camera that way. These are persistent, knowledgeable, and honest tradesmen who are obviously --- and rightly--- proud of their skill. When finished, they left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.

I had a leaking toilet in the basement. I called Atlantis and Jackie and Archie came out. They were very diligent in diagnosing the problem and fixing the problem--no more leaks! They also fixed a couple of other things--I was worried about who to call and didn't want to be taken--thanks to Jackie and Archie that did not happen--I will definitely use Atlantis again.

After receiving a water bill that was more than quadruple of my usual bill, I panicked. Upon learning that the leak was not within my home, I was fortunate that Mike of Atlantis Plumbing was about 10 minutes away from my home when I placed the call. He and his co-worker detected the leak near the water meter and repaired it, it leaving me very relieved. Mike is a professional with a confident manner that lets customers know that he is an expert at what he does. I most certainly will use his services in the future and will recommend him and his company to all of my friends, family members, and associates.

September was the 2nd time in the last 18 months I've had plumbing issues (Unrelated issues). I went out of my way to make sure I used the same company I used the last time around, and I'm glad I did. I've meet four of their crew and all have been friendly and professional. Quotes were given up front and they stood by them even when the job proved to be more difficult than they expected and ended up requiring a second trip. Both times they arrived on time and gave me a fair price.

I had a marble counter-top installed in the bathroom by a contractor the day before. Immediately I realized that the plumbing to the sinks would be over my head since the new sinks were deeper and had different dimensions from the previous sinks. I called Atlantis plumbing, and although they offered to come by that evening in a couple of hours, I asked them to come by the next day in the afternoon. Not only did they show up on time, but they called about a half-hour ahead of time to let me know that they were on their way.


The 2 guys were courteous, professional, and even took their shoes off. I was more than satisfied with their work and their prices. This was the 2nd time I had called them for help and it won't be the last.

I found Mike in the Georgia Tech Alumni Association's Tech 100 Business Club, and called him as well as two other reputable companies for an estimate to replace my leaky main water line. Not only did Atlantis provide me with the best price for the exact same labor and materials, it did so quickly and professionally, all over the course of a holiday weekend.

Tim was able to meet me on-site within two hours of my call. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a detailed estimate, along with explanation of the exact kinds of materials used and their related warranties. All follow-ups were courteous and professional – Atlantis was not only interested in earning my business, but seemed to care quite a bit about maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the process.

The entire project went very smoothly. Tom was able to meet me a day ahead of schedule and completed the project in about three and a half hours. The guys showed great care in wanting to maintain the look of my lawn and landscaping, and made sure everything (including my unused sprinkler system) was working correctly before cleaning the site and packing up.

Overall, Atlantis did a great job! I especially appreciated their courteousness and prompt attention to a non-emergency situation.

I had a stopped up sump pump on Labor Day weekend (with house guests) and called 4 other companies with no reply prior to finding Atlantis on Kudzu.com. The repair was performed at the charge quoted, and the plumber took great care to make sure everything was working before he left. The only way my experience could have been better would have been if the plumber arrived closer to his quoted time - he was about 1.5 hours late. That said, I would recommend Atlantis and will call them again if I have another need for an unscheduled, urgent repair.
