Rude, front office staff screaming ,,,r
My experience with this practice was that as a new patient, I arrived, signed in, and watched as a blonde receptionist screamed at another patient in front of the entire waiting room, I heard someone call her Kathy. She was so unprofessional that I left, if that is the way the front office staff behaves toward their patients, I shudder to think what the rest of the staff is like. Physicians do not understand that for educated patients, their offices can be judged by the initial, first impression.

GREAT Practice
I have been a patient for a while now at Walnut Creek Family Practice and I adore it. I am a nurse so I can be very critical of my care but the whole staff is polite, friendly and professional. The Doctors are caring and compassionate. The extended hours and days make this a great practice for the busy family
