DALE PARRISH HVAC

1. Based on referral called on Monday to schedule service Thursday @10:30. Spoke at length about prob.(talked to owner) Owner called back 15 mins later verifying address, directions
2. 10:45 Thursday we called as no one showed up. office had no record of apt, spoke to owner who vaguely recalled conversation. We fax map, info, verified receipt.
3. office called at 2:00 saying they didn't go to our area. (huh? we had already discussed our locale/directions)
4. owner called, said said would be out @4:00. Blamed office for confusion. No show (again), we call. Said would be out at 6. Never showed/called
5. we call @ 9:30 next day. Owner to call back.
6. office calls back @ 10:00 asking "did we just called to cancel an appointment" (huh?). After replying "no" office states we are out of their area, and can't help us.
7. the high today is 99.
PERHAPS ALL THE GOOD RATINGS FOR THIS BUSINESS ARE LONG TIME FRIENDS/FAMILY. THIS IS TRULY THE SORRIEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD HOW WILL THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU IF THEY TAKE CARE OF NEW CUSTOMERS THIS WAY?

I have been using Dale's services for over 16 yrs. In 2008 Had him install a new AC. Wonderful to be "cool" again.

Called on Friday at 2 pmDale came out right away at 3pm where others told me to wait till Monday.

Dale Parrish HVAC was fast, efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced! I called two other companies and they were double the price that Dale charged me. My heat is working again, thank goodness!I highly recommend you calling if you have any problems with your heating and air!!!!! Thanks Dale and staff! :)

Sharon Refered me to this service and she was right they do great work, affordable, and on time, they did not seem rushed nor seem like they couldn't handle the situation. All Said and Done they did a magnificent job and my house is no longer 2000 degrees, we will be happy to refere them to several of the others in the neighborhood. They gave me a written estimate and did the work needed, my husband is a retired AC guy so he would know if they were trying to get one over on us so thanks and Walter says you did great!

I called, they arrived! Yeah!! No Gasoline was everyones story well after reading reviews here on kudzu I tried down the list of top picks, I was very impressed that they came out same day, he was supposedly in the neighborhood already, Luck was going my way for once, about 10 minutes after I called and reached them they showed up at my door, what I was told by another company that would be $1900 to fix was a $75 service call and new thermostat for $110 so I was very happy to pay $200 vs $1900 they did a great job and I will highly reccomend them to my neighbors and friends, thanks again Sharon Bruno

Dale and Bryan Came out and worked on our AC, man you dont really know what you have until its gone!Our Ac went out and boy did we feel it, sweltering for 3 days before we could find somone to come fix it. DLPHVAC did a great job we are not burning up anymore and life is back to normal. Very Professional and very knowledgable so heres a thank you note. Take care

We know Mr Parrish Personally and he does a great job and has always been prompt and courteous and treated every one of with better than fair prices.

Mr. Parrish came to my office and evaluated my air conditioning unit. He claimed that a part that was faulty could only be ordered by a Carrier technician, and charged me $75 to tell me he could not order the part and repair the unit. Subsequently I learned that while he was checking out the unit, he was swearing profusely (multiple F bombs) outside the window of my massage room, offending the massage therapist and the patient she was working on. I also learned that any licensed tech can order parts from Carrier, and that the part he said was faulty was not the cause of the problem. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!!!!!
