Although they are a tad pricey, it was worth every penny. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and covered their shoes in my home. My vents/ducts are clean and I'm very pleased. They said it would be 5 years before I needed another cleaning, so I'd definitely use them again.

When I needed the ducts cleaned in our 45 year old house, I contacted our HVAC installation contractor who referred me to Duct Doctors. We live in a 45 year old house that has never had the duct system cleaned. I contacted Duct Doctors on a Monday and on Wednesday the technicians came out to do the work. The Duct Doctors technicians arrived promptly at the specified time, and fully explained the process to me and began work. They were very courteous and worked diligently in completing the job. They cleaned up the work areas and moved what few pieces of furniture back into place for me. The technicians had to turn off my heating system to begin their work, and of course the temperature went down quickly. They came and did the work on the coldest day of 2009 thus far. Within 5 minutes after they turned my system back on, my house quickly heated back up to my normal setting. My husband and I both have mild allergies, and are looking forward to living in a home with a clean HVAC duct system. I believe we also will save on our energy costs because the system will not have to work as hard to keep our house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I would whole-heartedly recomment Duct Doctors to anyone, either residential or commercial, if they need their ducts cleaned the best way possible for what I believe was a good price.

The ducts in my house were nasty-looking. They are in the floor, and everytime I walked by one, I'd be thinking about what I could be breathing because the ducts were so filthy. I called around to several services and I chose Duct Doctor because (1) duct cleaning is one of their primary services and (2) they were mid-range in price ($400 - base fee + number of ducts). Two men came out and were very polite while they did the work. They left a little debris, but nothing a quick sweep didn't clear up. They offered a disinfectant spray for an additional cost, but I declined and there was no pressure to change my mind. It's a pricey service, but worth it for the peace of mind. When I look at my ducts, I don't worry about what I'm breathing, and I'm sneezing a lot less when I'm in the house. I definitely recommend them for duct cleaning.

Based on reviews here, we just used them at our house. It is a 40+ year old house, and I bet the ducts have never been cleaned. (We have been here 15, and we have not had them cleaned) So after research, we called them in.

They were on-time, very friendly, explained the whole process. Showed me the build up at various spots. Did the cleaning, doing all the work of moving any furniture out and back, removing vents carefully that had been painted many times, and, in short, did an excellent job all the way around.

The price was well in the range of the other services with whom I checked.

I just may not wait 40 years before I use them again !

I used to suffer from daily migraine headaches, fatigue and other symptoms. Then I had my ducts cleaned and I feel much better. I wish I did it years ago. I'll do it every year from now on. Thanks.

First of all, the turn around was great- I called and they were here the next day. It appears that our house has never had it's HVAC system cleaned and it was causing my husband serious allergy problems. Andres and Robert were efficient, professional and personable. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of some air quality clean up!

They came out quickly, reasonable price, had outstanding customer service, cleaned up beautifully. My mom was there to oversee everything and she said they were extremely polite and courteous.

I was delighted by the quality of the job! I had previously had a quote from The Chimney Sweep which was outragious in price & the workers seemed dishonest in their approach. Duct Doctor was recommended by RS Andrews after they installing a new Heating/AV system. The quality of the work by Duct Doctor was excellent & they were very neat & honest. Would highly recommend them w/ their hands on approach and high powered equipment that does a very thorough job. Will definitely use them when needed again.

Ken Stricklin & his team are conscientious and thorough. They spent several hours getting our two systems cleaned and the results were amazing!
