Small Business is the way to go!
Americas' Fine Floors did a top notch job on my home office foors. Buying from a smaller, local company gives to the personal service to get the job done right. Great Job guys. Scott

great job
America's Fine Flooring repaired some hardwood floors and subflooring in my home that had been damaged by termites, replacing the damaged areas and sanding and refinishing the entire floors in both of the affected rooms. They did a very nice job; my floors look better now than they did before. I had an easy time getting in touch with them when I needed to. I will definitely use them again if there are any further issues with my floors.

Great Job, Great Customer Service
Jim and his installers were great to work with. Our hardwood floors look awesome and were installed at a very fair price, and in a timely manner. His installers did an excellent job installing our custom made kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. We were able to save several thousand dollars in comparison to the estimates we had received from two other companies. I would highly reccommend America's Fine Flooring to any friends or family members who want a professional job done at a reasonable price.

Incredible Job
We had a great experience with Jim & Carlos. The quote that we got was fair and the job that was done is exceptional! They refinished our houses old hardwoods that had been hidden under carpet for decades. The floors were unfinished and covered in paint & water stains. They now look brand new. AFF filled in every gap that was in the wood. We will be using them again to refinish the floors in the rest of our home.

Bad customer service
Jim has no customer service skills and is unreliable. He promised to do the job on certain date and he did not. When my wife and I called to find out what happen, he denied giving that date. We indicated even his worker gave us a date for work. He said "I do not know who is telling the truth you or my worker" and made us call his worker. "He added, after you deal with my worker, I will know who is telling the truth". The truth is that he has no control over the workers and forces the client to deal with them because he cannot. Additionally, he has no customer service skills to understand that is not how you treat a client if you want to stay in business. We will never work with this company again.

I was completely surprised that Mr. War. would make these accuations thus I will not respond; even to the "TRUTH" statements! I will state, on our behalf, that we did keep our commitments. We finished on schedule and we did an outstanding job on their hardwoods & carpet at a fair price. We also conducted ourselves, as we always do, in a respectful & professional manner including my "STAFF". My Clients & history will support who we are!...

Decent Job!
I have to say that our floor looks awesome! And at what I thoght was a very reasonable price. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 are because of a few ancillary items. They did take a small chunk out of our counter wall. It was subsequently repaired, but not that well. They did not do anything to protect the quarter rounds that border the hardwood floors, and as a result we will need to repaint them. They also removed the quarter rounds under the patio door and did not replace them. Also, as they left each day after putting down the stain, and, subsequently the coat of finish, they dripped both the stain and the finish on our walk and driveway. Overall, I was pleased with the work they did.

I have no idea what happened in a year
I had used this company a year ago and the service and delivery were good. I decided to try them again since my first experience was positive. What a difference a year makes. It was like pulling teeth ti get a response. I shouldn't have to call 3 times to get an answer about pricing and delivery. Passing the buck to other employees is not the way I do business.

Super Job!
I love the work America's Fine Flooring did on my hardwood floors. The price was economical and they did a great job! Very professional staff that is attentive to the customer's needs and preferences. I'm booking another job with them this Spring.

Fantastic Customer Service and Work
I am so pleased w/ the work and service I received from AFF. My granite countertops are beautiful! It did not take long for them to install either. I can’t wait to have my bathrooms done. AFF has the cheapest prices in town, trust me I had 6 estimates. I look forward to working with them again in the future. Keep up the excellent work!

Great Job!
Carlos and Jim did an outstanding job of refinishing our hardwood floors. Our floors were covered in adhesive and turned out absolutely beautiful. They look brand new. Pricing was middle of the road, but well worth the money. Even sent a gift basket! Highly recommended.
