The initial phone call was very informative. Most companies want to schedule a consultation as quickly as they can giving out as little information as possible. But, Breda answered every question I had (which was a lot I tell you)! I did my homework on all the companies and this one really is backed up by every review, they are fantastic. The representative that came to my home was on time to the minute. Also, they were very professionally dressed. I only state this because the other two companies were late and sloppily dressed. The technology Breda uses is beyond anything I imagined. They found termites in my garage nobody else found. Good thing to because the damage was very minor. The rep explained everything that was to be done to my house and again he answered every question I had. He didn't rush the inspection and didn't seem bothered by all my questions. I could combine the other two companies inspection time and it wouldn't be 1/2 of the time Breda spent. The technicians were on time and did a very professional job. They did everything that was previously described to me. They treated my house very cautiously and didn't seem rushed to do their job. You couldn't even tell any work had been done on the house when they were finished. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They are a huge step above the rest.

Chris came to my residence yesterday to do my termite inspection and he was very thorough and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with the infrared camera! All I can say is wow! Love these guys!!

I had termite activity I called Breda and they came and did an estimate, which was unbelievable, the technology they use, I was blown away. The camera actually show where the termites were and they could zero right into them. They treated the house and the tech's they sent out were second to none.

I got a quote for termite treatment. They required a moisture barrier to be installed. I had an old water heater in the crawl space, and its placement would interfere with installing a complete moisture barrier. The salesman agreed to remove the tank. Price was high but getting the tank out made it a fair deal. A date was set. The poison was applied. The moisture barrier followed in a few days. When that was completed they called me at work to inquire about payment. I replied that I would be happy to pay after I looked to be sure they completed the job. The tank was not removed; the moisture barrier was 80% complete. They said the tank could not be removed because it still had water in it and was too heavy. They agreed to lay down more plastic. I told them I could get the tank drained, which I did. Later, they were still unable to remove the tank. During payment I asked for a discount since the job was incomplete. They refused, saying that the removal was not part of the contract even though the specs clearly stated “Bag all debris, Remove old water heater”. I persisted and was refused. I persisted more and was told he would let the salesman review it.

Never heard back from them, not even a courtesy call. I have been cheated and cannot trust what they say or write for that matter.

Our 11 year old house is due for another termite prevention treatment. We have been using Northwest Ext. since we lived here for pest control and termite control. We called Breda as well as two others to give us an estimate for termite prevention. Durham, from Breda, was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. He used the infrared camera and did a thorough inspection. He found termite activity in our garage. There was tunneling on the corner wall. The next day our current provider, NW, came out and checked the house to give his estimate. He did not see the termite activity and said everything looked fine. I took him out to the garage and showed him where Durham had pointed out the area of concern. NW came out the next day and treated that area for the termites as we are still under contract with them. I am thankful that we had Breda come out or we may have had severe damage to our home. Needless to say, we signed with Breda to take care of our home. Their price was reasonable and the contract is for 10 years. I am seriously thinking about switching our quarterly pest control over to them as well even though they are $20 more a quarter. We had an ant problem, and it took almost 2 years for NW to finally get rid of them. I would HIGHLY recommend Breda.
Update: Breda did a great job on the termite treatment.They waited until the ground was dry enough even though it meant coming back 3 times. They even swept the area that where they got dirt on the concrete
