Dalton Carpets Of Georgia, Inc.

I heard about Dalton Carpets of Georgia on a Tuesday, Carey, the sales rep., came to my house for a consultation on that Thursday and I had new carpet by the following Tuesday. Dalton was cheaper than both Lowes and Home Depot who both told me that carept installation could take up to 4 weeks! And Dalton's service was top notch! They moved all my furniture and replaced it perfectly after the installation. I never write online reviews but am so excited about Dalton that I couldn't resist. If you need new carpets, don't bother looking anywhere else.

Great service, and great installers. They moved furniture, cleaned up everything they removed, vacuumed and finished exactly at the time they estimated. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

When we purchased our home last month, the first thing we wanted to change was the carpet. It was old, dark carpet and I proceeded to get bids from both Empire and Dalton Carpets. Carey at Dalton was extremely professional. He walked me through several options to fit both my "style needs" and my tight budget. When it was time to sign on the dotted line for my order - he made me feel very comfortable. My intuition was right. Being in Sales myself, I appreciated not only his guidance, but his follow up after the sale. The installation team headed by Victor was incredible. They finished the job in one day and it looks fabulous!!!
About a week after my installation, we had water damage in our home. I called Carey and he walked us through how to immediately minimize our damage. Then he had the installation team back to help us out once again.
I will say I hardly ever write reviews. However, I was so pleased with this experience - I just had to share it. I hope this helps someone make their carpet buying decision.

I was in a position where I needed to get hardwoods installed next day since I was running out of time, and they had been damaged and needed to be replaced before the condo was sold. I called them after having 5 other estimates from various (top rated) placed on Kudzu-Excel and American Flooring being two that I also received. Carey came out, sat down with me for about an hour-going over everything that he could to get to my pricing point. He was amazing and did everything he could to help me. We picked out the wood together, he also helped me by cutting some corners-(using existing corner rounds,etc) to get the price down for me(None of the other people who had come out even tried.) The installers came on Saturday and they were sweet as pie. They did a great job, and even offered to bring me back lunch..since I was outside studying why they installed. The people in the office are GREAT, they are all very kind and great people. I would suggest using them for all your flooring needs-especially if you're in a bit of a jam as I was. Carey is amazing, the office is amazing, and the finish product is perfect. Don't use anyone else. Their estimate was 5K less than Excel, American Flooring. Thanks to everyone at Dalton for helping me, I couldn't be more grateful. You would be wasting your time to go anywhere else

The carpet installers were friendly they got the job done!! the prices were great I wouldnt choose no other company but dalton. They were right on time besides I love my carpet it make my home look brand new!! I just need some new paint on the wall The service was outstanding!!!!!!!!!

We needed our carpet replaced and fast because our hot water heater blew and ruined out carpet when out of town. We were able to go in pick out our carper and get it installed the next day. The price was competive and the service was good and fast.

We were very satisified with Carey the salesrep and also the team of installers. It took two days and one night they worked really late. THey did a good job. I would recommend them to my friends.

If your quest is to get good quality service and get it quick then choose Dalton Carpets & Flooring. They far exceeded my expectations.They brought samples to my home and did everything that they said they would do when they said they would do it. I have already began to tell my friends about Dalton Carpets & Flooring.

Carey, the salesman was very knowledgable and professional, just overly optimistic on time frame. Laminate and carpet are excellent quality but 2 day install took 2 weeks.

Cary, our salesman, was pleasant, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. The installation crew showed up on time. They went about their business in a professional, courteous, careful, and efficient manner. After installing our kitchen floor, They left everything clean. All this in one day! I strongly reccomend this company for your flooring needs.
