Cactus Car Wash

If you are going to go to a car wash that uses machines Cactus is a good choice. They do a good job and the car comes out looking clean.

I just returned from the Cactus on Ponce. I paid the $29.95. I thought it was decent service, not great. I had to remind them to vacuum the trunk and they only did an average job on that. Overall a decent job. I agree with the earlier commenter that the man who greets you can be rude he kept offering me a wax job -- how many times can I say 'no thanks'

Overall, I would use again -- it was quick and my car is shiny

I have been to the Cactus on Piedmont many many times and liked them. The last visit, my car ended up with some kind of soap bubbles all over it. They insisted it was 'tree sap' and wouldn't rewash it. Since I park in a lot that has no trees whatsoever, and the bubbles were on every surface of the car, from the front bumper, sides, roof, mirrors, back bumper, etc it was just not possible that a tree could have done it. Also, I have parked in the same place for ten years and there have never been bubbles on the car. They wouldn't listen to me, wouldn't rewash the car, so I will never go back.

its cheap and good cleaning. they offer different wash starting at $17. They also clean faster but thorough.

I've been to the Cactus location in Alpharetta multiple times since they opened. The last time I was there, the job was POOR in comparison to the previous times I had been there. When I got home, I called and the lady told me to come back. I wasn't able to go back that day, but when I did go back, the manager and owner both would rather argue with me than just fix the problem. I just stood there, kind of shocked, as the owner argued with me about a $12 car wash that could have been easily solved by rewashing my windows and vacuuming the entire back that had been missed on the first attempt. NOT a good customer service experience. I was made to feel like the bad guyan IDIOTfor not knowing their "procedures" for complaints. Stupid me - didn't realize that was my responsibility. The owner lost a customer. There are PLENTY of other quality car washes here!

The service is pretty good adn you can can get your oil changed and car washed in one stop; however, not that consistent on the washing so check the car before you leave and the price is a bit high

They really do a good job at cleaning your car. Sometimes the wait is a while but they free internet inside and a cafe so you have something to do while your car is being cleaned.

Took my car in for its 1st ever car wash (car is 4 months old) and Catcus managed to put two large gouges across the dash / console near the gear shift as they cleaned the car. To make matters worse, management seemed totally unconcerned, and although they did fill out a damage report, I haven't heard from they yet (almost a week). I definitely won't be going back - seeing the scratches every day is painful enough!

Only a few employees speak english. My front license plate was bent by them. The first person ( the order taker )you meet is rude.

I went here a couple of weeks ago.

When pulling in, I told the guy that I wanted an inside/outside wash.

He told me that I needed a wax, and I said ok. Then, he hands me a receipt for $65!!

I said, oh no way, I'm not spending almost seventy bucks on a car wash, are you nuts? I just want an inside/outside, nevermind.

Then he kept trying to hassle me, bringing down the price by about $10, and did this until he got down to $39.99 and I said, please stop, I don't want that.

I complained when I got in that I don't like being haggled with like I'm buying a watch in NYC, and the lady looked at me with a blank expression.

About a week later, and my car started to smell, and I discovered they'd taken a trash bag of mine with food in it, and just thrown it in the back of my jeep. If they didn't want to throw it out, I would have, but why did they put it in the very back where I couldn't see it?

Not only that, but they missed various parts cleaning on the dash. My wheels looked great but that's about it.

All in all, a very poor value for $18 plus a tip of $5 (which I shouldn't have given in retrospect).
