Hi Chad,
You just left me a voicemail about the repairs (exclusion and clean-up) at my home.
Steven was the person in charge and I found him to be very good because he did what he said would be done (which is rare in this day and age).
There were a few problems and some minor mishaps, but he had them taken care of right away. No excuses on his part.
He showed up when he said he would and did what he said.
Everything was complete as of last Saturday and so far so good.
At this point I will say that I am very pleased with the service that your company provided.

After a "few" trys, our problem was not solved, my money was gone, and we still had to pay another (BETTER) company to do the work!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

My response to below is, I wasn't having a bad day, I was sharing my experience with your company. I don't get on here much, but I found Kudzu, and people have a right to know. It's good your home from afghanistan, but I don't think it has anything to do with the review other than a poor pity attempt to advertise your company more. While I have a brother in afghan, I don't promote it for any reason and neither does he, nor does he expect pity or promotion in return, which is why he along with countless other are one of the REAL heros of this country. Also, I posted two poor experiences that day with two poor companies. I also have posted just as many "good" reviews of good companies. And after this, I intend to post a GREAT review of All Clear Attics, who actually DID solve my problem, and for less money somehow. They were even able to explain and show me what you did wrong, and the wrong type of metal you used!!! I suggest you learn to do the jobs correctly before trying to run a business doing them, SIR!

We contracted with Atlanta Wildlife Solutions to solve a problem with rats.My husband and I used another company last year and we found that part of the house wasn't even sealed. I was furious and could not get the people to call us back. We called AWS, and spoke to Michael and he was very polite and informative. He showed up on time and even used boot covers, as not to soil our carpets. After inspecting our home, he provided us with a quote for sealing the areas that needed attention. He could have easily charged us an absorbent amount of money, but he was honest and gave us a competitive quote which we could not pass up. I recommend using Atlanta Wildlife Solutions for any problem with wildlife you may have. We will gladly use them again if needed!

We had been hearing strange noises in our attic for a couple of months and could not figure out what the noise was. One day my wife started screaming and I ran upstairs to see what was happening, well we figured out what was living in the attic, "Raccoons"! They actually chewed through the sheet rock and the critter was poking its head out of the ceiling. My wife almost fainted.
At first we called Animal Control and they were of no help. We called other companies, but nobody answered the phone except for A.W.S. The technician, Michael assured us that everything would be ok, and he was able to come out right away and offer a solution. After inspecting the attic, he found a mess from the raccoons that were living up there. After a few days of trapping, he was able to remove 4 raccoon babies, seal our roof line and he is now replacing the soiled insulation through our insurance company. Michael was honest and reliable during this period of time and also kept us updated everyday on the whole process. Thank You so much Michael for a job well done.

I want to also thank you for the card you sent. We definitely will be calling you guys again for any future wildlife problems.

We had squirrels in our attic and they were wonderful. Had the traps set quickly and caught equally as fast. They were also fast to respond when we told them the traps were full (within hours). In addition to all that - they were super reasonable with their prices - smiely face.

My husband and I had a horrible flying squirrel problem in our attic. We called John and he was extremely responsive and professional. Although his quote was high, the warranty, as well as the attention we received from Chad, Michael, and John was well worth it. I would definitely recommend Atlanta Wildlife Solutions for pest elimination.

Chad and John did a great job ridding my attic of a dead roof rat. It was in a difficult area to access, but through perisitence and expertise, they were able to remove it without having to cut into the ceiling or drywall. These guys are thorough, friendly and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them if you have a critter problem.

We hired Atlanta Wildlife Solutions for a severe rat infestation that was found in our attic. A dead rat had died in our duct work and left a very undesirable odor emanating for days. We actually stayed in a hotel for two days.

Chad and his crew came out and removed the rat within an hour. The rat had chewed a hole into the duct and had died.
The area was deodorized and the smell is now gone. Chad has rodent proofed our home since the dead rat. It is now quiet in our home again.

Thanks for the great service that was provided to us. We will certainly refer other homeowners that are experiencing similar problems.

I called numerous trapping services to find someone who could help me trap my 3 feral cats so they could go to the vets. Chad was willing and had the necessary skills and equipment. This was no easy task and Chad was consistent in his determination and attitude. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone who may have a difficult situation like my own.
