I am very pleased with the work that Atlantis did at my home yesterday. They were here in 30 minutes, Reggie was great, and I don't feel like I was gouged on the price. I will definitely use them again.

I like to deal with companies and people who will work with you and try to give you what you want and not what they offer only, and I found that in this company. I used Atlantis to replace poly piping in my condo and the entry line to the house in Janurary 2009. Mike was great to work with, cooperative, responsive and a man of his word. I found the crew, led by Shelby to be like working with great friends who you trust without fail. They did great work, and cared about what they did, not having a just a complete the job attitude. They were prompt, kept things as clean as possible and respected my place to keep the mess at a minimum. I had occasion to call back about a problem that surfaced from the job in September and Mike sent a crew out immediately and they fixed the problem, no questions asked. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem or project, you'll be happy you did. I'll use them again.

I had a soggy area in my front yard and a water bill that was going through the roof. Mike came out and did an estimate on the same day that I called. The options that he offered to repair my leak were the least destructive to my property, unlike the other companies. The next day I called to schedule an appt for the repair and he sent Tom and Reggie Sr. out on the same day. They were prompt and professional. They explained everything to me, then replaced the water line from the meter to my home in a very timely fashion for less than a third of the cost of my highest estimate. What can I say, they were great!

I can recommend Atlantis without reservation. They are Reliable: Showed up when they said they would. Knowledgeable: Identified and fixed the problem. And they gave me a very good price.

I'll use them again (although I hope I won't need to)

I would like to thank Atlantis for their work. They are an asset to the non-do-it-yourselfers. I needed a flange replaced and a seal put on my toilet. They were Ultra Professional, and even took the time to show me what was going on with the toilet. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and manners. They were on time, quick and efficient. I will refer Atlantis to anyone i hear needs plumbing work. Great Job!

I found out I needed a new water line installed at my house around 1:30 p.m. or so. Sounds like a repair nightmare, right? But about four hours later, around 5:30 p.m., Atlantis Plumbing had a new line installed. Great work all around. I'm pleased to pass along this review.

I appreciate the "no trip charge" , on time visit, honest evaluation and job completion on time. Compared to other plumbers I have employed in the past, Atlantis was the best quality & value.

I found Atlantis through a review of another plumbing company, and am glad. The price to replace my waterline was less than I paid 15 years ago (that leaky blue poly tubing). Mike came out within an hour and the 2 crews finished the work the next day as planned. Very pleasant guys, good attitudes, excellent work. First time in my life I didn't get the feeling of being ripped off by a plumbing company. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I had a problem with my toilet. I called around for estimates and Atlantis had the lowest rate. They came in great timing and Butch explained the problem and fixed it quickly. I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues, but if I do, I will call Atlantis.
