Beverly's Day Spa

I took a picture to Fran to show her the hair color and style that I was going for and she told me with out a doubt that she could do this. The color was only on my head for like 15 minutes at the most and I checked with another Paul,Mitchell and they said it should have been an minimum of 30 minutes so I don't know why she did this. Anyway, My hair was ORANGE and way too dark in the other places. Plus my cut she did was TOTALLY WRONG! It did not resemble the style I showed her even remotely. I did not expect to look like the model just similar to the style! When Questioned about the Brassy color(orange) and wrong style she BLAMED ME And my hair saying "it was not the right color for my hair and I was too old to pull it off and If I were younger it would work maybe". WHAT?? I was FURIOUS! I would Go to one of the other Stylist in the salon If I were anyone else. I watched many of their clients walk out with BEAUTIFUL hair and they were obviously happy. Fran Dalton Believes she did no wrong and did not even say she was sorry and Tried to make me think it was all my Fault BEWARE of Fran Dalton! I am POSITIVE this is not how Ms. Beverly wants her Employees to treat her Clients! and she would do her company good to get rid of FRAN! I will go back to Beverly's Just NEVER to Fran and I will tell EVERYONE I know Not to go To her EITHER!!!

I SAW SOMEONE IN THE SUPERMARKET WHOSE HAIR I LOVED AND FINALLY HAD THE GUTS TO ASK WHO DID IT AND SHE RECOMMENDED KRISSIE AT BEVERLY'S DAY SPABOY WAS SHE RIGHT! I WANTED MY HAIR A PARTICULAR SHADE OF BLONDE (PLATINUM TO BE EXACT) AND SHE NAILED IT. EVERYONE WHO EVER DOES MY HAIR MAKES IT BRASSY BUT NOW IT IS PERFECT!!! KRISSIE TRULY LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND IN TURN TOLD ME WHAT WOULD SUIT MY FACE, MY LIFESTYLE, AND MY BUDGET. SHE MADE SURE MY CUT WAS AWESOME AS WELL (she seemed like a perfectionist with my cut, which i loved!!!) I RECOMMEND KRISSIE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS THEIR HAIR TO LOOK FANTASTIC!!!

Karen took the time to ask which areas needed focusing and did an awesome job. It was almost like she could read my mind! Highly recommended!

If you live around or just moved to the Woodstock area and your looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist Beverly's Day Spa has just the right person for you (Karen Taylor). I highly recommend Karen for a massage (she's the best), also she treats you as her best friend. If your looking for a massage because your body ache's or your just wanting to be pampered give Beverly's Day Spa / Karen Tayor a call. I'm positive you'll highly recommend Karen to all your family and friends too!!!! Beverly's Day Spa has a great customer service. The receptionist greets you as soon as you walk in the door, the business exceptionally clean, it' a wonderful place to go.

I went into Beverlys Day Spa Looking for a Stylist who can take the time to understand my needs and concerns for my hair and also I needed a fix ( I colored my hair myself and it did not turn out so good!) Anyhow, I calledc Beverlys and they put me in with April. From the Minute I sat down in her chair I was instantly at ease. She really took the time to find out what I was going for and also brought out color choices for me to show her what I was trying to get. Then we discusses which colors woud compliment my skin tone the best as well as getting the desired results. I have never had a Stylist who spent the time and energy on me allone and seemed to really car3e about what I thought. I would HIGHLY Reccomend Her to everyone!

If you are looking for a nice treat for yourself or a gift for a friend, Beverly's Day Spa is a little bit of paradise in downtown Woodstock. I highly recommend Nancy Newell for wonderful massages. She is extremely knowledgeable and will work with you on problem areas. You will feel like a new person when she finishes treating you.
