I hired Dave to replace a second story wooden deck and stairs.

The stairs were replaced, but due to some mis-communication between the contractor and myself, additional work had to occur. Dave was very accommodating and professional, and his interest was making sure that I was happy with the finished product.

When the modifications were made, all was done quite well and I was VERY happy with the outcome.

His crew was professional, very pleasant to deal with, good natured, and did quality work. Dave was very understanding and thorough, always returned phone calls and e-mails promptly, and provided exceptional customer service well beyond my expectations.

I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Dave and his crew again!

Hired DH Services for general repair and renovation of a foreclosed home. DH Services did a great job, always communicated well, and when additional work came along always contacted me to discuss before proceeding. I will always contact Dave when I need anything done at my home and all other homes I own. I have a lot of experience with contractors but Dave rises above the rest for sure!

One of my bedrooms had water damage from the September 2009 flood that hit Georgia. Dave and his crew did a great job taking care of the damage(removing the water, drying the padding and carpet, replacing the drywall, painting, etc.). I’ve often heard stories about contractors who show up late, don’t return phone calls, etc. The service I received was the complete opposite. Dave was at my house when he said he would be there. He returned my phone calls promptly and he was flexible in completing the job based on my work schedule. I’m very satisfied with the job he did and definitely recommend him.

This is the 4th time we have used Dave for minor remodeling projects and I just won't call anyone else, now. Our latest project was a new kitchen window and I actually got estimates from 4 other window replacement people. I could not relate what I wanted to any of them, but Dave sent some guys who knew exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier. The window turned out even better than I expected. Dave has also remodled our basement and completed several minor repairs around our house. We can always count on him.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We have used Dave and his crew a few times for issues with the house. After being friendly and speaking several times about our interests, I mentioned we have a "haunted house" every year. Dave came over on a Sunday to help me complete a coffin for this year!!!!!!! THANKS Dave- it looks awesome and I can't wait for Halloween!

Dave and his crew were hired after talking in depth with several other remodeling contractors. Best decision I made since I asked my wife to marry me. We did not who to trust and Dave has this trust factor you can't get from any old contractor. Genuine guy with lots of heart. We had our Kitchen remodeled, and addition to our master bedroom, and a complete gut and remodel of our master bath. Excellent work, on time, on budget with no "extras" that other contractors charge for. I highly recommend DH Services to all Homeowners that what a great contractor!!

I always check reviews before hiring a company for any job at my home. While meeting with the company is an important part as well, this is my first step. I was pleased to find all the wonderful and detailed reviews here. After meeting with Dave, my husband and I decided not only did he have the best price, he was the most courteous and responseful. We weren't disappointed. As an elderly couple on a limited budget, we were able to get our project taken care of within our budget and i am so thankful for this! Dave and his crew were always polite and on time to get the job done within our time limits. Thanks guys- hope we will be able to use your services again when needed.

I called to get an estimate on building a garage. Dave called a few hours before our appointment to cancel since it was raining. (all other estimators came in the rain) We resheduled for a few days later and Dave never showed up. He did not call to cancel or let me know what happened to him. He just blew me off. This is exactly what angers people about unreliable contractors!

I handle Coprorate Sales and Sponsorships at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. We are a publicly traded company owning 8 NASCAR and NHRA facilities nationally. We have 137 corporate suites on site ranging in occupancy from 16 - 64 people. The suites are leased to Coporate Sponsors who spend hundreds of thousands to entertain clients and employees at the races.

We recently updated our sales suite - this is the unit that we use to host C level executives, company owners and board members from all over the world. We try to show these prospects the best possible experience for the 4 hours that they attend our events.

We hired Dave Frank at DH Services after extensively interviewing a field of qualified contractors. This was a great decision! Dave provided HONEST,forthright, and candid information and insight throughout the course of the job. He and his crew are courteous, professional and prompt. Dave was available instantly when we needed to talk to him, he was on site very late at night and very early in the morning. He stayed on schedule and on budget.

We at AMS have named DH Services the "Official Interior Renovation Contractor of Atlanta Motor Speedway" as a result of his work and work ethic.

Although we are a $400 million dollar facility - Dave and his crew made a huge difference in just 3 weeks time. The "model" that we use was beautifully and skillfully updated/upgraded by Dave and we are thrilled with the result. We will refer all our new customers to him.

After reading about DH Services on the internet I called to get an estimate for a sunroom addition to my home. Dave was prompt to respond. The estimate he provided was very reasonable. I hired him to do the job and now I am enjoying a beautiful new sunroom. Dave took care of everything including the permit. We had bad weather and the window order that held up the project but Dave made sure that he kept me informed of what was going on and even did additonal heat and air work at no cost to me to make up for the delay with the windows. His crew was very professional. I would hire him again to do other home improvememt jobs and highly recommned him.
