The biggest difference
Over the past ten years, I've done a LOT of inner work on myself. Much of what I have done was prompted from struggling with depression for most of my life. The different forms of therapy I tried all helped, but until I met Michael and began to work with him, I ultimately stayed stuck in some version of my old patterns and feelings. The time I spent working with him helped me to get to know my true self in ways I had only dreamt about and helped set me free to become the person I had almost begun to give up the hope of ever being. I cannot adequately express the gratitude I feel for his help and support over the last year. I am just so incredibly glad I finally found him and am living the life I always wanted. Thank you, Michael.

How does one express their gratitude to the person who gives them life? I know that may sound a little corny but that is what I have received from the work I have done with Michael. Before this work I was functioning to some level but I wasn’t living. I needed help! My first experience with Michael’s work was at a Dolphin meditation, I knew from this experience that I wanted to use this work to help me on my journey towards finding what I was looking for. I was stuck in an unhappy emotionally volatile life. I developed thought patterns that kept me stuck in making the same decisions, decisions that did damage in all areas of my life. I lacked the ability of good judgment and took no responsibility for the condition my life was in. I was diagnosed with was Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Dissociative Disorder, I wasn’t sure what this meant but I knew I had found a direction to move towards. I took this information to Michael and we began our work. There are no words that exist that can express my appreciation for where I am now in my life. I have tools that will continue to help me through out my life to make better decisions and to feel connected to my world. I have found what I was looking for. Life Changing
Trying out various traditional therapies before, I always felt like there was something missing, as if there were so many other components to me or my issues not being addressed, but I alone could never put my finger on those things being overlooked. That often led to deep frustration and wanting to give up on any personal improvements that could’ve been attained. I never thought I’d find a therapist who could help me uncover and explore those many layers I was beginning to believe were impossible for me to get to… until my first session with Michael. From the beginning, he intuitively knew where to focus our attention, and has ever since approached our sessions with a respect, awareness and drive that you rarely see in someone in that role, and only in one who was clearly born to do this work. His outside-the-box perspective with his intuitive, healing approach gets to the core of things. I always walk away from a session with him feeling that inner transformation being advanced further each time, and with an excitement of what is yet to be revealed. I’m fortunate to have found him, and I recommend his services above any other… after all, it can be the difference between living a hazy, mediocre life versus living the way you know you were meant to live.

Highly Recommend Michael
Michael is a gifted teacher and coach. He’s used his own presence and insight, plus a variety of techniques and exercises, to help me reach personal goals around being happier, dealing with my job, and family life. I got his name via a friend’s recommendation and recommend him to anyone who is looking for help and willing to look at themselves for the solution(s). You can get a pretty good sense of his capabilities and commitment to this work by meeting with him.
