Our hardwood floors addition/refinishing completed by Emperial Hardwood Floors has transformed our house. I put this project off for years, due to the disruption I knew it would cause for our family. The Emperial workers made it as painless as possible by showing up on time and completing each task on time. They were meticulous in the details and in cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this company and am so thankful we chose them.

I love my newly refinished floors. The Emperial Floors employees were are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable. I would definitely refer them to my friends and neighbors. My floors are beautiful.

Emperial just finished doing our house in hardwoods. I can't say enough about the job they did. The floor is actually a piece of art. No kidding. And they are extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. On top of that they are reasonably priced and fair. They actually ran into a problem that caused them considerably more labor, and they didn't charge us a penny more. Ricky, the owner, oversees everything personally. In short, this company is fantastic. Super, super, super!

Emperial just refinished our hardwoods and I cannot say enough great things about them! They are courteous, professional and friendly. I am reccommending them to everyone I know and will use them for any hardwood install or refinish in the future!

The guys at Emperial did a fantastic job of turning our damaged pre-finished floor into a beautiful asset to our home. They know their business and do it well for a fair price. Some of my friends were impressed with the quality for such reasonable rates. We paid a little more to have them move the big furniture, and they were very accommodating as we had to wait for the heavy rains to stop last week. It was worth the price and I'd hire them again. I recently hired Emperial to rip out and dispose of carpet, and install new hardwood flooring. They matched up perfectly to the existing hardwood that was already there, and they did a wonderful job! They kept the dust down to a minimum, and the finish and seal were perfect. I highly recommend them for all of your hardwood flooring needs.

I received three quotes for my new maple floor. Ricky came in with the most reasonable quote and seemed the most knowledgable and honest. He was very upfront with me about the fumes considering I have a newborn baby.no problem - we just moved out of the house for a week. Upon returning the smell wasn't bad and I haven't noticed much dust. The floors look great! They match the pre-existing floor almost exactly and the color is beautiful. Emperial was recommended to me originally by our real estate agent when we bought our house. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

We had our prefinished floors sanded and refinished. This is not easy as they only have 5/8" to work with. They did a great job. They look like new. We were out of house for 4 days, but well worth the 4 coats (oil base) that they put down. I have heard horror stories about all the dust. Not with Empirial. They partitioned off unused areas and cleaned up after their work. I would work with Ricky and Empirial again in a heart beat. They were very professional, timely and no surprises. They did great. They are very busy and took a while before we could get on their schedule. HMMM wonder why! Use them, you will not be disappointed.

What a beautiful job! The floor, the finish and the overal customer service was great, leaving us with a beautiful hall and landing. We are so impressed, we're having all of our 15 year old floors refinished. We know Ricky and the gang will do a great job--and almost no dust
