Thought I had a problem, but Brad called me back and we found a solution that worked for both of us.

I have used this company every year for for three years since we have lived in GA. Never had any problems until recently. We had pretty bad weather so i never knew when they were coming, we live in a gated community so it was difficult to coordinate service. After they cleaned the gutters this time the whole back side of my house was a mess. The windows were dirty, all the ledges had dirt on them as a result of the cleaning.

Great communication, great price, great service. If it wasn't for the cleaned out gutters I would have never known they were there. They cleaned up everything.

We have used them three times so far and have been very happy with them. They tell you what you need, but don't try to oversell you on what you don't need. They also do a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

This company is excellent in every facet of their business from craddle to grave. Customer services are both timely and courteous. They are subject matter experts and do not mine educating the customer. A honest and above board transaction experience. I don't know why anyone would use any other service provider. These guys are at the top for obvious reasons. I rate them A++.

After having my gutters cleaned by Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners, I had a question about a gutter that was pulling away from my house. (They called it to my attention, but I didn't have it repaired at the time.) Brad took the time (on a Sunday) to fully respond to my e-mail question, then promptly answered a few more questions I posed after I received his response. I believe this company is fully intent on customer satisfaction.

You will never find a company more attentive and technologically set up as this one to answer your first inquires. They cleaned us before but when I called them again because our downspouts were clogged AGAIN (and I paid them to clean the out the first time) they were suppose to call me back, but I never heard from them again. IF THEY RECOMMEND REPAIRS TO YOUR ROOF (replace vents or shingles, etc), they are probably not seeing everything a full-time roofer would GET A REAL ROOFING COMPANY OUT THERE!!

From start to finish, I was thoroughly pleased with the service of this company. The office staff was available by phone, friendly, and able to answer my questions. The crew showed up on time, performed a great service, and left my yard better than it had been before they got there!

There services where prompt and professional when they arrived, but they do not readily service the South Fulton Area. On my second service request I was told several different service dates, and they kept putting me off and never showing up. When I complained to the service manager/scheduler, the carefree attitude of losing me as a customer encouraged me to look elsewhere for service.

UPDATED RESPONSE - 03/30/07 - I assure all that these are the facts listed above. I only stated that they were not responsive to their South Fulton Clientele. I was never told that I was not in their area until after I informed the service manager that I was going to look elsewhere. The only time I was ever contacted was week after week to reschedule (via email). And if I had been offered the free gutter cleaning service (because the situation is 100% accurate) due to their lack of responsiveness, I would have taken it in lieu of finding a new gutter cleaning service. Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners can clean my gutters for free any time they would like, but I am not paying for services from a company that is burdoned by my location and cannot keep their commitments. Ultimately it is a fine companyif they deem your area significant enough to service.
