The best quality and services thats possible. Gina went out of her way to reduce the stress of first time home buying for me. She paid attention to what kind of home I was looking for and I found my dream home in very short period of time.She educated me about the whole process.She was available any time I needed her.I will recomend her to everyone.

I normally find it hard to evaluate people but not this lady. Words like helpful, knowledgeable, attention to detail, flexible and patient just scratches the surface. One will definitely feel that she has your best interest in mind. She is a pleasure to work with. The stressful and time consuming process of acquiring a home was made much less difficult. Once you get to work with her, you will end up with a friend rather than a real estate agent. By the way our friend's name is Gina Sharma.

We were those couple trying to do our house hunting on our own. We eventually found our dream house and thought that was it. Nope, we soon realized that there was more to it that just finding THE house. Gina made sure the small things are attended to and not missed out. Eventhough we got her late, she still showed the energy to help us go thru it until the end. It's been a year now and Gina is still there, making sure, those small things are taken cared of.

I have worked with Gina Sharma on several different properties and am happy to write a review as I want others to have the same great experience I have had. MY MOST RECENT PROPERTY SOLD WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH MULTIPLE OFFERS, AND AT A HIGHER PRICE THEN LISTED WITH SEVERAL OTHERS ON THE MARKET IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD! The most important trait someone can have for me is honesty. She was surprisingly honest and open about properties pros and cons even when it was obviously not in her best interest which made me feel like she actually cared on a personal level and had my best interest at heart, even asking me what my future plans were and giving me feedback and suggestions in how I could better accomplish my long term goals related to Real Estate. I was surprised to find that her suggestions often were not the best for her such as sometimes encouraging me to consider a lower priced house then I wanted, wait for a better time of year to list a property etc.. I was also negatively surprised in the past to find that many realtors do not review properties before showing them but Gina Sharma frequently did this for me once she knew what I was looking for saving me invaluable time. She definitely has my loyalty and I strongly recommend her services.

Gina Sharma was our agent when we bought our very first house. She is very approachable, professional and knowledgeable in real estate matters. She goes the extra mile in giving her services!
