Flexible and affordable
I have worked with Southeast Title on two mortgage closings. I was the borrower in both cases. The ease of working with the legal team was the best I have ever experienced. They were always responsive prior to closing if I had questions and were efficient, friendly and affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Won't use anyone else!
After using SouthEast Title Corporation for both home closings and mortgage refinancings, I find no reason to ever use anyone else. Robert Black and his staff are great!

The Best
First Choice Lending, Inc. has used Southeast Title for many years. Robert and Julia make closing a breeze. Casual and comfortable. We appreciate the way our client's are treated. They do too! Many have closed several loans.

Efficient title closing
My closing with Southeast Title was quick and efficient. I especially like the Statement of Ethics the company so proudly displays. I will use them again.

Make My Job Easier
As a loan originator, my processors and I have worked with Southeast Title for almost 10 years. Robert Black and his staff are fast and helpful, especially in solving title issues when they arise, getting my deals to the closing table quickly. The closing attorneys, first Amy McEwan and now Julia Jones, are freindly, knowledgable and thorough, putting my clients at ease and making the transaction a breeze.

Good Experience
My wife & I closed our home purchase at the offices of Southeast Title done by attorney Julia Jones. She was great. Everything was clearly explained. No surprises, no hassle. When it comes time to re-finance or sell, we want her to handle the transaction.
