Good lunch spot; friendly people
Went here for a business lunch; one co-worker had just been day before but wanted to come back. I had the shrimp po-boy & slaw. Sandwich was good, & size fine, but bun was that type that does not bite-off easily. Very good, but had to cut it up to eat without looking like a savage. Slaw was so-so. Waitress very friendly, tho did have to ask for extra ice. Others seemed to like theirs too, tho did note how spicy some things were. Hope to go back soon.

AWESOME Service
Wanted to celebrate an anniversary with some flowers on our table for dinner. The manager took it upon herself to purchase a beautiful bouquet of flowers from a local florist and even called to let me know that they'd be on our table upon arrival. I've made this request at other restaurants and would show up to see no flowers and had never received a call about it. They definitely know how to go the extra mile to make your night special/perfect at Redfish!

Sweet intimate atmosphere
The restaurant is a lot less causual then I was expecting by the valet out front, very comfy and warm. The food was delicious, nice size portions, without being too pricey. I highly recommend this as a date spot. The server we have had was fun and knowlegable about the menu!

OK food. Great service.
After trying 3 appetizers, we concluded that we were not pleased with the food. Crawfish cakes - Too bready. Bouillabaise & Scallops - alright. We've had better. The portions were small comparative to price. $11 for three average sized scallops. $8.75 for one thick bready crawfish cake. HmmHeard the shrimp and grits were good, but we decided to dine elsewhere for our entree based on our appetizer experience. On a positive note, their service is awesome and the atmosphere is nice, warm and inviting. I hate that the food was disappointing.

All around good vibe.
Pros:cool decor. Menu selection right up my ally. I have been there twicw and so far so good.
Cons:Ordered Hurricane off the drink menu and expected a Pat O'Brien style Hurricane. redfish version much different.

Not bad
My husband and I were looking for a new place to try some seafood Friday evening and came across Redfish reading reviews on this site. We made reservations through ontable.com for 8:30pm. It was really easy to find, had complimentary valet parking, we were seated right away and it was not crowded at all, so no high noise level. In fact, it was a very nice, romantic atmosphere and the service matched the ambiance. The food was okaya little pricey for the quality of the food (we ordered the crawfish etoufee and shrimp creole, with a side of braised collards). I don't think we'd order the same entrees, but we would probably return again and try something different. Good place for a date or nice dinner with friends. We were not offered any complimentary chips and dip, but wish we had remembered to ask. Next time we will
