I contacted Terry and he promptly scheduled our appointment. We purchased a home with 3 heat pumps of which none were operating correctly. Terry arrived on time as scheduled and got right to work. Terry was very professional and looked for ways to save us money throughout the repair. All of our units are now performing well and we feel we received great service at a great price! Skip the large advertising firms and go with Elrod heating and cooling. You won't be sorry.

I experienced an issue with my HVAC system last night and contacted Terry this morning and requested he come by to take a look. He arrived and had the problem taken care of in just a few minutes. I found him here on kudzu and was totally impressed by the reviews I read and now I see why he had all those great reviews. I felt I had to add mine as well. PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and FIRST CLASS SERVICE.. Terry, on behalf of Phillip and myself - we thank you for showing us that there are still business men still out there that have honor, dignity and respect.. We will assuredly use you again in the future..

We have used Elrod twice now and recommend highly after both experiences. First was when the A/C stopped cooling. Terry came out quickly and had the A/C back on in no time. Most recently a leaking expansion tank flooded our office and Terry rescheduled his appointments to come out right away and fix the problem. I highly recommend Elrod and will continue to call Terry when these problems arise for us.

Our A/C began to decline gradually at first. Then in the dead of summer, it went out completely! No way was I going to have my toddler in that sweat box! After checking on Kudzu.com and checking with co-workers, we decided to contact Elrod. Terry is everything everyone said he is!!! He was quick to respond, courteous, professional, friendly, on time, and worked quickly! We were so concerned that we would be charged PREMIUM prices but were PLEASANTLY surprised when Terry gave us the invoice. His prices are extremely reasonable for outstanding service! We will definitely call him again!

Terry was recommended to me by a neighbor after we were a few days into waiting on a large Atlanta area repair company to come out for service. Not only was Terry out to our home within hours of the call, but he had our Air Conditioning up and running in minutes. We will, without a doubt, only be using Elrod for any future repair or service!

Terry was very professional and arrived early. His prices were reasonable and he was able to fix our AC in a matter of minutes; he had all the necessary parts in his truck! I highly recommend him to anyone.

Like many others, our A/C went out during the hottest week of the year. I saw the reviews on Kudzu and contacted Elrod to come and take a look. Terry was there exactly when he said he would be and had us cooled off in no time. Dont hesitate to call them - I will again!!!

AC went out during a heatwave. Was able to see me next day when the big companies couldn't schedule me for days out. Terry got right to business, found the problem, fixed it and his prices were very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Our home is 18 years old and it was time to replace all three a/c's and furnaces. Terry came by the same day I called to look the situation over and as promised provided a quote two days later.

Bottom line is that he is honest, completed the job as agreed and did not ask for a nickel until he was 100% finished. More important is that this is the kind of fellow you will be comfortable having in your home.

The new units are working like a champ and like I said we couldn’t be happier.

We changed from the Biggest HVAC vendor to Terry over 1 year ago. Has been terrific in keeping older systems (3) running at a very reasonable cost. Definitely appreciate his ability, knowledge and very positive response. No reason to go anywhere else!
