We needed a very minor gutter job; just one straight run across the front of the house. Phil came out and gave us several options, from a few hundred dollars to a couple thousand dollars. We chose the least expensive route, and there was no hard sell or pressure. Excellent job, and I feel we got the same level of service we would have gotten for the more expensive option.

I've had enough sales people give me a hard sales push to make me wonder why - Is the product no good? Am I getting robbed? When Phil showed up and showed me what they had for gutters he barely gave a sales pitch at all. He really let his service and product do the talking which I totally appreciated. When I was ready I called him back and within a week he had my gutters installed. Very impressed by their communication, service and product. If you are in the market for gutters and want the security of having quality service behind them for many years this company is for you!

The owner showed up personally, explained the options and didn't give me a high-pressure sales pitch. The price was right and the crewed showed up the next day and had everything finished by the time I was home from work. Highly recommended.

Phil performes as adveertised as do his gutters. Installed on time and the cost is reasonable. I would use him again. The gutters handled 12 inches of rain with no overflow about three weeks after they were put up.

Phil, owner, did quotes personally; after install received written guarantee in mail; called phone number provided in letter five different times & Phil answered personally! Gutter leaked in one place; Phil said "We'll fix it!" and he did. I waited six months to write this review. Today is unprecedented flooding in Atlanta, my gutters are drip free & working great, so I figured it was time. Sometimes the real measure of a company is how they handle problems; Phil stands behind his products & he's only a cell phone call away.

I am so thankful we did our gutters 2 months ago. We had water problems with even small amounts of rain before getting new gutters. . I can only imagine this past week with the 6-7 inches of rain. Gutters Atlanta is the best choice for gutters. The estimate was simple no hard sales. The install was smooth, and the gutters work as they should. The owner even gave me his cell number if I needed him directly. Thanks Gutters Atlanta I love ya.

My gutters were in terrible shape and I was dreading having them replaced, but I was very pleasantly surprised by my entire experience with Gutters Atlanta. As a single woman, I generally HATE dealing with contractors and repairmen because so often I get a pushy hard-sell and/or ripped off. Not with these folks! They were honest, friendly, and professional from start to finish.

In the initial assessment of my gutter system, Eric was very upfront and honest, telling me that my downspouts were fine and didn't need to be replaced at all, and explaining to me the different options for gutter toppers and working within my price range.

The actual work was done just a few days later by a top-notch crew; I was delighted with the results, and the crew also did a remarkable clean-up job when they were done. Phil called the next day to make sure I was satisfied, and only then did they request payment. The price was very reasonable (and was exactly what had been quoted to me at the assessment, no surprise add-ons), the work was first-rate, and the follow-up inspections and warranty guarantee is golden. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Gutters Atlanta to anyone. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

Phil and his staff were honest cost reasonable, took the time to explain the product,installed on the date we set, and the work was done by a professional team. They provide a multi year follow-up program at no cost. I would highly recommend Phil and his company to anyone who is in the market for gutters.
