I hired them to replace a door for me that had been leaking terribly under the sill because of rot and some bad planning on the builder's part. I had several people come out to give me a quote and they were the best price with the best service by far. I had to chase after the others to get an estimate, but these guys called me soon after the home visit, explained everything in detail, and were very pleasant when I had to reduce my order from 2 doors to 1 because of another home improvement project. The installer was very polite and the door no longer leaks! I definitely plan to use them again.

I had 2 windows that were cloudy because of a broken seal. They did a nice good of replacing them and cleaning up afterwards. It was a bit crazy sometimes with the phone tagging going on but it all got done in the end

We recently had windows installed in our 1927 home. We had to replace the original remaining windows. Ian Dow was our salesman; Randy & Roger were the installers. We received the best service and professionalis with quality products and they were all an absolute delight to work with. We would highly recommend this company for any of your homes needs.

Don and his crew did a beautiful job custom-fitting a garden window in my 1950's ranch. It was an odd-size opening but that presented no problem, and the window is just gorgeous, and adds so much to my kitchen. The window was somewhat expensive (more than the new 10' sliding glass doors I also installed, hence the 3-stars on value) but definitely makes up for the cost with its great style and design! Would certainly call them again. Marilyn W.

I work for a large General Contractor in the Atlanta area and had to fire a siding subcontractor for lack of performance and failure to stay on schedule. I needed a quick fix within budget and Home Improvement Resources was that fix. They responded quickly, had the best price and met all of our corporate requirements which are sometimes difficult. I look forward to working with them again and definitely recommend them.

We had Craftsman style doors garage doors and openers installed within a few days of selecting the style we wanted. The installers did a nice/clean job and Mike Sakacsi was very helpful. Our doors are very quite and work wonderfully.

We used Home Improvement Resources to install new Jeldwen replacement windows in our 1920's home. Our salesman, Chris Kennedy was amazing throughout the entire process and even stopped by a couple of times during the installation process to make sure that we were happy with the work that was being done. To be honest, I knew we needed new windows, but was hesitant because I knew that it would disrupt the entire household. However, Home Improvement Resources made sure that the process was easy from start to finish. The team of installers was also diligent about getting the job done in a timely matter and to our utmost satisfaction. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I had 10 40 yr old windows replaced in my second home in the N Ga mtns. The company's prices were very competitive on standard wood window sizes with tilt balances. The job was done as scheduled and completed in a very professional manner.

Our project was fairly large - 4 sets of French doors, 12 arch/radius windows, 6 picture windows and 4 regular windows all in LoE glass. I took several bids from the usual suspects and was either blown away by the cost or turned off by the quality proposed. Finally Chris Kennedy of HIR came out and proposed really good quality products at a reasonable price. Chris was patient thru several iterations of the quote. Before contract signing, Tony Frank (the project mgr) did a site visit to make sure everything could be accomplished within the contract scope (e.g. no surprises). When the windows and doors had been munufactured, Tony introduced the installation crew of Travis and Craig: Excellent Craftsmen and pleasant to have around. Of course we had some issues on a project of this size, but Travis and Craig rejected any product with a defect and Tony quickly arranged for replacement product. All-in-all a very succesful project. And as a bonus, my first electricity bill was down 17% from a year ago.

In an industry fraught with fly-by night companies finding a good one is so difficult. Well, HIR and Randy and Roger are top notch and deserve the finest review. Professional is the ony way to describe the work!!

We had a very large window (huge), a front door and front window (another big one) designed and installed and the job is outstanding. The quality is first rate, the installation was flawless and the job was completed (100%, not 99%) on time! How often can you say that?

Sometimes it's the little things that really show! Attention to details is everything and they certainly did not miss anything. We could not be more pleased and I'm sure you will find this is not an exception but the rule for these fellows.

Thanks for the door bell, it made our day!

We will use HIR and Randy/Roger anytime we can.
