I had been searching everywhere for this particular Maggie Sottero gown. I had come across the store on the Maggie Sottero website and saw that they were having a trunk show. I had no problem setting my appointment and despite the crowd that was in yesterday, it took us no time to start browsing dresses. The prices were exactly what I was looking for and the associate we worked with was absolutely wonderful. She put my mother and I at ease the minute we walked in. She helped me find the exact dress I was looking for and the price we paid for everything was absolutely unbelievable! The dress is gorgeous and I can't wait for it to come in. I have recommended this store to all my friends and I hope to return in a few weeks to purchase bridesmaid dresses. I couldn't be happier!

I am flabbergasted by the mixed reviews here. Obviously some people had horrible associates who helped them, but my friend who is also a bride, and I went and had an awesome experience. The dresses are beautiful, the selection is great, and our associate Joan was extremely friendly and HELPFUL. I feel depending on your personality the associates at Bride Beautiful may come off as pushy. But I prefer people who give me their opinions and Joan certainly did with experience and knowledge to back it up. She figured out what style I would like and brought me more, I was able to try on as many as I liked and have as many in the dressing room as I liked (if there were too many she must have removed them on her own to follow policy, but only the ones I didn't like). My friend and I were able to share a dressing room, so I don't know why the other reviews say others weren't allowed in the dressing room. All in all I LOVED Joan, so I can only conclude that your experience must depend on who your associate is.

I have one dress I'm obsessed with and have an appointment to go back and make a final decision. I was told I may be able to negotiate the price down so I'm hoping for the best.

My wedding dress is in and it's beautiful! I had a fantastic salesperson help my try on gowns. There was a wide selection and in my price range (under $1,000). I ordered my gown and it came in early! Piece of cake. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Went to order a bridesmaid dresswaited at counter for about 5 minutes while the 2 girls at cashier stand ignored me. One was on the phone, the other busy typing. The other 3 staff members rushing around but not sure what they were actually doing since their hands were empty. Finally got service, ordered dress, took forever while the cashier tried to type. The contract they gave me was full of typos which is absolutely maddening. This is a place of business, not a farm stand on a rural highway. The owner should invest in MS Word, it actually catches typos. Listen, a wedding is a special experience. Bridal salon sales staff can either enhance or diminish that experience. I was disappointed because I chose this salon over another in the area because of the reviews on here. The bridal gowns looked beautiful. What is up with the guarded off gown area? It's a teeny tiny space, not Vera Wang. Overall, would NOT recommend this salon.

I bought my wedding dress here in November. It arrived on time (last week). When I went to pick it up, it was in the wrong color. I ordered white, and received ivory. I asked my consultant about it and she told me that I ordered ivory. She told me that she had to call and verify my order, and that I told her I wanted ivory. She did make an attempt over the next 2 days to see if the dress maker had an extra dress in white in my size, but they didn't. The next day I spoke to her and a manager on the phone, they both pretty much called me a liar, blamed the mistake on me, etc. I was VERY upset with their customer service skills and felt like they could care less about me as a customer. I went in the following day to speak to a manager about this. I still wanted the dress (the ivory isn’t a true ivory, it’s more diamond white, but that is beside the point). I spoke to a different manager and she was very apologetic, blamed the mistake on them (I had accidentally ordered ivory but when they called I changed to white, then they messed up on the order). She gave me $100 off and apologized. I feel ok about the end result, but still very dissatisfied in the customer service until then, and still a little upset that I am stuck with an ivory dress.

Horrible experience with Bride Beautiful. I was promised that my wedding shoes would be in the store within 2 weeks, 5 weeks later I am still waiting with no shoes. The manager was very rude, not helpful, and was arguing with me. I have several co-workers that advised me to stay away but I did not listen to their advice and am now paying for it. Horrible experience.

I went to Bride Beautiful after visiting 3 other bridal salons. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, and they were very busy, but I signed in and was ultimately allowed in the bridal area about 20 minutes later, which was understandable. While waiting, I went outside to make a phone call and there was a girl outside speaking to someone on her phone nearly in tears. She was telling the person on the other end how horrible the people there made her feel because she waited too long to get her dress. I felt pretty bad for her and I didn't think any bride-to-be should be made to feel like that. I was hesitant to continue waiting after that, but I was also now curious

I was greeted by an older woman when time came to pick out dresses to try on, who handed me 3 colored clips, plus one for my mother and another for my mother-in-law to be. She quickly showed us the different areas of the store and I was chastised twice for looking at dresses before she was ready to- a quick glance at any one dress while she was showing us around caused her to quickly correct me that I was not to look yet??). From that point on she was rude, impatient, didn't seem to care about listening to what I was looking for, then practically rushed me out because after the first few I tried I hadn't found "the one." It was an unpleasant experience where I felt rushed and like a number she wanted out of the way. There are FAR better bridal salons that provide much better service.

I went to so many bridal store to try on so many dresses.10 month before wedding, I went to Bride Beautiful to try on some of the dresses. I found my dream dress, which is San Patric who is designer in Spain. The person will bring the each dress you want to try on and she will come in the dressing room with you can help you to put the dress on. I didn't purchase my bridesmaids' dresses there, but they only suggested that they can help me with it and they didn't overly try to sell me or anything. My only complain is it took 7 month to receive the dress and they ordered one size bigger than I ordered. They told me it's only 2 inch difference, but it looked really big on me when I tried it on. They didn't offer to alternate my dress even though that was their mistake and I had to find somebody who can do that. Because of my fabric of the dress and so many beading on it, it end up costing a lot more than I expected The service before I purchased was great but after wasn't so great.

I went to Bride Beautiful for my wedding gown, and ended up with a full service salon. I found the dress of my dreams, my bridesmaids, my mom got her dress there, and I'm sending my future mother in law there for her dress. They have accessories there for my wedding like the guest book and pillow to shoes. I had great service and I'm telling all friends about this store!
