My Favorite place to see a show
I love this place! It's got a groovy atmosphere, plenty of seating and room for standing/dancing, etc.

Great venue
Nice place to go and see intimate shows/concerts, a place where you can actually see the performer no matter where you sit!! That makes the show feel so much for intimate!

Awesome venue
I saw Carlos Mencia there and I enjoyed the smallness of the Tabernacle. I got a great quality show without having to bring binoculars! I definitely want to go back!

Concert Venue
Great unique concert venue. The band selection is pretty good. The only problem is the sound mixing is sometimes shoddy and the scene a little young, but otherwise very good.

My favorite
The Tabernacle is a great place to watch a show. I have been going to concerts here since I moved from Florida. They always have great bands coming here and hopefully will continue the tradition. The look and feel is beautiful. and it really did used to be a church.

Great venue, expensive drinks
I've seen a few bands here, including the Decemberists (twice) and Cheap Trick. Great venue, funky redecoration in an old church. You still get a great view of the stage from the balcony. Only complaint is the drinks are WAY too expensive ($7 freakin' bucks for a can of Miller Lite??), and, if you are sitting in the seats, you've got to crawl over 10 or 15 ppl to get out to go to the bar or the bathroom. The restroom attendants can be annoying too, banging on the door and telling you to hurry up.

My favorite
This is my favorite concert venue. It used to be the House of Blues back in the day. It is general admission but they have seating up top if you don't want to stand in front of the stage the whole time.
