Pleasantly surprised
I called Triple M based on their location, positive Kudzu reviews and their “A” BBB rating. Martin did not disappoint! His schedule was flexible, he arrived on time, and he was courteous and professional. He spent extra time at our house explaining what he repaired and making sure that all of our questions were answered. We will not hesitate to contact Martin again.

"Sweating in Vinings"
I had gotten the run around for two days from other companies about extreme backlog. I called Triple M and he came out the same day. Actually he came about 8pm that night and by 8:30 I was cool as a cucumber. The owner was very courteous and efficient. Thanks Triple M. I will use them again.

Wonderful service
I called Martin at 6:00 in the morning on a Sunday, expecting to get the answering service. Instead he picked up and set up an appointment for 11:00. He was on time and figured out the problem immediately.
The service required additional parts that he couldn't get till Monday. He showed up Monday and fixed the problem.
I came home to a comfortable home.

Martin comes through again
I was having another issue with my AC unit upstairs, called Martin at 8:30am and he was out at my house fixing the issue by 2:30pm the same day. He diagnosed and took care of the problem like the professional he is. There's nobody better in the Heating & AC profession. Keep up the great work, Martin!

Definitely Call Triple M
Triple M has never failed us. We've used their services for the past three years for our annual HVAC servicing. This year, the air was not working at all, Martin, the serviceman, fixed it and explained step by step what the problem was. He also gave us a list of suggested services. We got two other quotes and his prices couldn't be beat. Call Triple M today!!!

Very Pleased with their work
We are very pleased by the from Triple M. They replaced our home a/c unit and did not overcharge us. They did it quickly and without alot of up charges. We are enjoying the cold air now.

Recommended.
This seems to be a small company. Small is sometimes good. Martin seems like an honest hardworking guy. Call him if you want quality work at an honest price.
