Apex Fence Company really went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer, even coming out to speak personally with a difficult neighbor. I was really impressed with their professionalism, and ended up with a beautiful fence!

What a wonderful experience! Apex showed up on time for the scheduled appointment and helped me design a beautiful fence. Their quote was much less than competitor's quotes. The work was finished in a timely manner and the result is stunning! This is the 2nd fence I've had built in Atlanta, and Apex by far built a better fence than the last company. This fence is built to last. I can't wait to see how it looks when I stain it in the spring. Thanks Apex!

We had several companies bid for replacing the fence for our subdivision. All cam in close. Apex was chosen primarily because they explained, in better detail, what they would do and how and when they would do it. They arrived whan they agreed to and completed the job in a timely manner.

All trash was removed and one minor correction was taken care of. We would recommend them to any one needing fence repair or replacement.

After looking at reviews on Kudzu I selected several companies to come out and give an estimate as to how much installing a privacy fence and removing and old chain link fence would cost. They were very good at setting up an appointment that would fit our schedule - a Saturday. The day before the appointment the guy calls and says that he can't come out. He says that he is sorry but his supervisor scheduled him for a Saturday when there was a UGA game and that he was "A 'Georgia' Alum". Although this was a unprofessional and inconvenient we agreed to reschedule the appointment for the following Saturday for the same time. When the time came he was a no show again. I will not be using this company because they have wasted my time.

We submitted a request online to through the company’s website and they followed up the next business day to schedule an appointment. The first appointment was scheduled on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The company called at the end of the week to reschedule to the following weekend due to the holiday weekend. We confirmed the date and time, however no one showed up for the appointment. We waited the full hour and even attempted to contact the company. This was very disappointing and we even paid for a babysitter to watch our two kids. They followed up on our message wondering where they were two business days later. We don’t recommend going with this company.

Apex repaired the self-closing security gates at our two homeowners association swimming pools. There were a few unexpected delays and communication issues with Brian and Carl during the process, but they were apologetic and eventually completed as agreed.

Apex fenced our backyard this summer and did a wonderful job. Moreover, when we were unhappy with a few issues that were largely our own fault for not communicating - they fixed the issues and didn't charge us a lot for it. I also appreciated that Brian, the owner, always answered his phone or called us back promptly - so we weren't left wondering what was going on.

Enjoying our new fence from Apex. Minor problems but Carl worked everything out to our satisfaction and to our betterment.

I will highly recommend them to friends and family.

I received seven quotes, put three on my short list, and selected Apex Fence for the reasons mentioned above plus:
1) Patiently answered all questions
2) Attention to details: spacing between pickets and distance off ground, use of 3rd rail, detail of removable section, and more
3) Brought by sample gate latch hardware
4) Mentioned they would clear the fence line of existing brush and small trees. I added, for a reasonable extra charge, the clearing of additional brush and small trees.
5) Workmanship
6) Notified neighbors with flyer about old fence being replaced. Helps with shared fence line and neighbors dogs possibly escaping while fence is down.

The crew was courteous, worked hard, and displayed good craftsmanship. We did struggle a little communicating but we managed.

There were a couple of concerns I had but Brian walked the new fence with me and took care of them prior to accepting payment.

My wife and I got several fence quotes in Atlanta before deciding on a fence contractor, but no one impressed us like Apex Fence Co. They were on time for the estimate and consulted with us in a professional manner about what kind of fence we wanted. Several days later they arrived on time for the job and constructed what I think is the best looking fence in Peachtree Hills. When we had a tree limb fall several months later and break a section of the fence, Apex came right out and fixed the fence for a very reasonable price.
