Great work from this company
We received excellent service and quality work from this company. They arrived on time and did the work in a timely fashion. They showed respect for our property and my family. We strongly recommend Ridgeway Mechanical to others and will continue to do so.

ONE GREAT COMPANY
We called Alan at Ridgeway Mechanical after reading his reviews and were equally impressed with his service and the company's work. The job went as quickly as possible, and was done to meet our expectations and satisfaction. We are impressed with the professionalism of this company and with Alan. We will use Ridgeway again, should a need arise. We recommend this company to others.

Great company, great service, great people
I had Ridgeway Mechanical out to replace a water main. They were very professional, and Alan and his crew went out of their way to handle our problem. The work was done in an expert fashion, with care given to our home and property. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

My husband and I would like to thank Charles and Alan for the excellent work they did in our home. Everything went smoothly and they certainly lived up to their Kudzu reviews. We too recommend Ridgeway Mechanical.

Excellent Company, reliable and knowledgeable!
Alan, Charles and Crew are fantastic. I had a difficult water main job and they took care of it with all the care and effort as if it was their own home. No worries for me with this company, the problem is fixed and I am very confident they knew what they were doing. They have excellent heavy duty equipment to get the job done! Highly impressed! I would definetely call them again!

Great Job Again with Great Price and Great Service
My sewer line needed replacement, and Charles from ridgeway gave me a very reasonable quote considering he and his crew would have to go through my concrete driveway. The next day, they came out and got the job done with a great deal of care and professionalism. However, I was most impressed though by the courteousness of Charles and his team. They genuinely enjoyed their job as well as helping me out.

Great plumbers!
Ridgeway came out and analyzed my awful water pressure problem. They then did a full supply pipe for me, including jackhammering into the sidewalk to get to the water meter. They were incredibly fast. Afterward, Alan even talked me through some plumbing jobs over the phone for free.

A job well done!
I was having water heater problems, so I called Ridgeway Mechanical for the second time. I was just as pleased with the professional service that I received this time as I was the last time that I used them. Chris came out within an hour of the time frame I suggested. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and promptly fixed the problem. He was friendly, clean, and the service was great. I will continue to use this company, and I would reccomend it to others.

Bad plumber?
I called Ridgeway after reading the reviews here, but I am extremely disappointed. The first time they came out, they were to attach some hoses, fix a leak, and fix or replace a valve. The plumber that was sent out said the valve needed to be replaced, but then changed his mind and said it could be repaired after he found he didn't have a replacement valve on his truck. The leak he supposedly fixed wasn't a leak--the pipe was connected backwards and he either didn't notice or didn't know. My dad (who isn't a plumber) figured it out and fixed it on his next visit. Several weeks later, the valve that he "repaired" broke again. We call them back out and he replaced it. He also informed us that the hoses he hooked up before were clogged, though they were not. They were flood control hoses that can be bought at any Home Depot (in fact, were recommended by them) but he claimed to have never seen them before. So basically, all the work he really did was replace the valve the second time. We hooked up the hoses and fixed the "leak". The first visit was $269 and the second--to replace the valve that should have been replaced the first time--was $175. They did come out quickly, but the technician didn't seem to have too much of a clue what he was doing, which I find odd considering he's a plumber. We fixed almost everything we were charged for ourselves. Maybe it depends on the person who comes out, but I would not recommend these people.
