complete satisfaction
Company representatives & installers are very interested in customer's satisfaction. Polite, courteous, & did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend All Quality to anyone.

Perfect Experience
We found All Quality through Service Magic and they did an outstanding job replacing our heating system. They were all professional, knowledgeable, courteous and HONEST! Ann Hughes is the Office Manager and is the friendliest most professional person you’d ever want to speak with over the phone, she sold me on the very first call! I then met Forrest Paron who came out to look at our unit and gave us a very GREAT price and to be honest, he took his time explaining the whats and whys. After he left, it was not a doubt in my mind that we would be doing business with these guys! He later followed up with us and was not pushy but helpful and offered to help us out in any way possible! Finally, we met the installers, Jason Smallwood and Terry West! All I can say is what a package and I’m speaking about Jason and Terry—they came out identified themselves and gave me an estimate of the completion time and they were almost to the minute! They did an excellent job with the install and can you believe it, they completely cleaned the area and removed all materials! I didn’t have to do a thing! They did the testing to make sure everything was working properly! I would use All Quality Heating and Air again and again if we had the need! I will surely recommend them and these four individuals to my co-workers, family and friends!

Surpassed expectations
I found All Quality through Kudzu and they had already received great reviews, but they still managed to surpass them. Curtis was on time, courteous (calling me prior to arriving), knowledgeable and professional. All Quality certainly lives up to their name. Kudos to them and to Curtis.

Fantastic Company
This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with for heating and air conditioning. Their customer service is fantastic from their office staff to their tech. They gave us service on the same day we called, and we were delighted with the tech "Curtis".

Excellent Service
Great Service! Chris arrived on time, and he even covered his shoes to prevent tracking mud all over my house on a rainy day. Couldn't be more pleased.

I Would Not Recommend
All Quality did not live up to their Kudzu reputation. The techs were two hours late to install a hot water heater, to which they brought the wrong size. We had to wait all day while they brought over one that fit, and after that the Sales Rep tried to CHARGE ME EXTRA for their mistake. That said, the receptionist was pleasant, and the techs that did the job were great. But overall I would NOT recommend.

On behalf of All Quality, I would like to apologize to the customer for the unfortunate issues of wait time we had with her water heater. I need to address a few things to help clear this up however. I personally handled the original call to the office by the rater. I tried desperately to get as much information over the telephone as I could because we could not get someone out to her home to do measurements properly in order for us to get the CORRECT size for her home. I even had the Vendor Territory Manager in my office who tried to find her something special on the spot. That was my first mistake. Secondly, I tried to get her a great deal on a scratch and dent system that would save her money but could not find one, and the customer had a very narrow space to put in the new unit and based upon the measurement of the existing water heater she provided to me, we ordered her the water heater for which she got a GREAT price on. The price she was given was for the water heater that would have gone in that particular place, but it did not fit and the one that did fit was more costly. In addition, there were venting issues that were unseen and the space was a crawl space with limited clearance for the installation. I take personal responsibility for this review and learned a very valuable lesson from this encounter. I would rather turn future business away with customer provided information, or insist we actually go to the site to see the difficulty of the installation. Her existing unit was very old and there was no equivalent replacement available so a new style was needed. Had I not done this over the telephone, this would not have happened. I am sorry for the customer and for our company as we failed to live up to our reputation and I took a risk of the scenario being a standard installation which it was not, instead of understanding just how badly this particular installation really needed to be evaluated in person, and thus, we received this poor rating. This is why, when customers want quotes over the telephone we usually do not do them. You never know the characteristics of the installation, and I shouldn't have expected her to provide me with the information, even though she got the information for me. I apologize on behalf of our company and take personal responsibility for this review. I also regret the responder didn't comment on how much we tried to help her on short notice and get hot water and a good deal. This is one job we should have seen in person or walked away from. The end result is the customer was unhappy, and we lost money on the job and got a poor review. I wish she had called me personally to resolve this issue before writing this review, as we would have made it right for her. David Young, VP Operations

The service rep got there first thing in the morning (8AM) to help work with me on my work schedule. He performed a very thorough cleaning of the outside unit and inside. He also seemed to know right a way the type of HVAC unit just by looking at it, which made me confident that he knows what he's doing. Not only did he do his job very well, he was also very polite. Thanks Vic, I appreciate all your hard work!! The AC is working great!!

great expierence
My AC unit was vandelized the day that a contract was signed for the sale of my house. There was a 10 day due dillegence so I needed fast and affordable.I got so much more, I also got professionalism and people who really worked with me. Chris was a very good rep. for the company. I would definatly recommend them to my friends.

air conditioner repair
Just short and sweet....this is the second time I have used Air Quality. My first experience was a problem with my furnace - Zack what the teck. The most recent was this week with my air - Chris was my teck. Both were very professional, pleasent and patient - very compentant. People I spoke with on the phone were very helpful and also very pleasent to deal with. The company responed very quickly to my needs. The cost for the services was, I thought, very resonable. Of course I would not want to go through it all again, but if necessary I would definitly call them again.

Best Service Anywhere
From the person that answered the phone to the technician who serviced my unit, I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They were able to help me quickly when my a/c unit went out and had me up & running before I got to hot. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
