Tk Built, LLC

We've used Tim and his associates for plumbing, pressure washing, and exterior home repair and painting. He and his crew are Top Notch! He is professional, courteous and always responsive to telephone calls and e-mails. We never had to worry when he'd show up for the job; once he committed to a time, he kept his word. I think the one trait that allows Tim to stand out in the crowd is "Integrity". Thanks for all, Tim.

Tim Kassa is a nice guy. He did a nice job at a price that was reasonable. I had been searching for someone to do a few jobs on a house I was about to move into. One of the toughest things to find in this town are reliable and honest contractors. People who show up when scheduled, and perform the tasks as requested. Tim proved to be that person. I have had TK Built perform a number of jobs at my old condo, as well as my new house. Every time that I was given an appointment time or scope of work, it was adhered to with perfection. I will continue to use them as a long as I have jobs that come up around my home. The owner is a top-notch and trustworthy fellow.

After reading the great reviews on TK Built, I decided to give them a call. Tim Kassa is very knowledgeable of his industry and provided the appropriate information to help me decide what would work best for my remodeling job. The services provided exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the services I received. I would definitely use TK Built again.

I'm so glad I found TK Built. Several years ago I had some work done by two different companies. The experience was horrible. I could go on and on about the ridiculous things these people did. It was enough to make me put off having anything done for a while afterwards. But, then I needed some painting done and I found TK Built. The owner, Tim has been nothing but professional and timely, and done quality work. I hired him to paint my son's room, the living room, a hallway, and the foyer. But, I've added a bathroom and the family room and there is much more to come. It's really just a no brainer to hire him, he shows up to appointments on time, answers his phone, he calls you back or text messages you promptly. So no more "Oh I can't find my contractor cause it's the opening day of deer season!" He does not overextend himself or promise things he can't deliver. It's just been a pleasant experience to work with him. He's just an extreme professional, which is why I say he changed my mind about contractors. But the most important thing is, when he leaves, your home looks better than the way he found it.

My experience with TK Built was a very positive one. Tim is very professional and easy to work with. Tim showed up for appointments on time. Plus I was always able to reach him by phone or email and he responded timely. TK Built came to my rescue in the mist of a kitchen remodel. The wall were in very by shape and in extreme need of repair. I was on a tight schedule and Tim worked with me to get the job done. When the work was finished and the cleanup done you could not tell that the walls were recently repaired and painted except for the great looking walls. I will use TK Built again in a few months when I redo my bathroom. I'm so glad I found them on Kudzu and will recommend TK Built to all my friends.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with TK Built. Tim Kassa is very professional and responsive. He returns calls timely, responds to email timely, arrives at appointments when scheduled, and was very flexible about accommodating our emergency schedule. So far he has completed the painting of my daughter's bedroom, master bathroom and kitchen including taking the wood trim to a white trim. Plus he replaced the base board in the kitchen. The contracted work requests was scheduled quickly, completed very nicely and on time, all at an extremely fair and what we believe reasonable price. The cleanup was very thorough. We are using TK Built again for exterior home painting project. TK Built is a pleasant surprise. I'm delighted I found this company and won't hesitate to recommend him to others.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with TK Built.

Tim Kassa is very professional and responsive. He returns calls timely, responds to email timely, arrives at appointments when scheduled, and was very flexible about accommodating this client’s schedule. So far he has completed the painting of my master bedroom, bathroom and closet. The job was scheduled quickly, completed beautifully and on time, all at a very reasonable price.

The cleanup was so thorough that if not for the great paint job, I wouldn’t have known they were here. I couldn’t ask for more than that, and I’ll use TK Built again for another painting project in a few weeks.

I’m delighted I found this company on Kudzu and won’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

UPDATE: I'm back again. I believe we're approaching project #4 in July 2008.

After the master bedroom project, TK Built did a wonderful job painting my laundry room, kitchen and dining room. Project #3 was exterior painting and porch rehab. Outstanding work, as always, on each project. Project #4 will be cabinets installation.

Tim Kassa is professional. He shows up when scheduled. He's flexible about working within the client's schedule. He returns phone calls and email very promptly. He's knowledgeable and friendly and honorable. He does a great job at fair prices. TK Built delivers.

I've used the associates at TK Built for a couple of projects that I've worked on and the service is always 5 star. They gave me exactly what I ask for, within budget, and in a timely manner. I have their cards on my kitchen counter for when my friends come over and ask, "Who created these masterpieces?"!
