Where did that sexy Matt go?
I love going there for service but where did my favorite service consultant go? I sure will miss Matt but Kevin and David always take good care of me.

Great Experiences Over the Years!
I highly recommend Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta, GA for the whole car buying experience: sales, regular service and major repairs if you are considering purchasing an Audi.
Sales experience was very professional, with no pushy sales folks, paperwork to close the deal was fast and follow-up over time to insure my satisfaction.
Have had 3 cars over 15 years and the service folks always are courteous, effiecent and will go the extra mile to assist you when you are frustrated that your car is not working normally. Once when I was in a hurry the service manager gave me his car for the day--in & out in less than 5 minutes!
Another time I had a semi-truck run into my brand new RS4. Their body shop/repair work was done so professionally that I had to really look to fine where the repairs were performed.
So if you are interested in acquiring an Audi, at least go by and compare your experiences with other dealers.

Truth in Service!
With all the things my older Audi needed done I'm very pleased they did not try to push it all on me. They told me what I could wait on, showed me the vehicle while it was in the shop, and exlpained why it was needed. The oil change was the same price as other shops in the area. They have a newer manager and things have definitely improved over the years. Having an older car didn't make a diffrence, they treated me like a new car owner, with respect and integrity. Highly recommended!

Service is a joke...they lie to you and got caught
Took car in for a recall, came back same day with issues. They blame it on something else even though it never had the problem in the past. Bring it back and they say they will take care of it if it was something they did. They let me talk to the shop foreman, the mechanic and the service manager. When i pulled out the tech sheet from VW/Audi to show how the two were related they knew thery were caught in a lie. They fix the issue but in the process don't assemble everything back together. On the follow up survey i ask to be contacted by the service manager, been several months and never happened. I put the car back together myself. As another reviewer stated, a standard response is any thing you have done is $700. The welcome is great, but the finish is bad, not what you would expect from VW flagship brand.

Greatest Customer Service Experience
Kevin F. provides the greatest customer service experience. He embodies the essence of the essential qualifications that makes him an exceptional employee, and in turn makes customers feel welcome, comfortable, and know that they are being treated by service department personnel with integrity. It is great to know that I can directly call Kevin F. with any question about my vehicle, and he answers them all with patience.

Another great experience (two in two weeks)...
We just picked up our 3rd vehicle from Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta. The sales process was painless, as usual (thanks Sasha!). Everything went according to plan, we received a great deal and the "orientation" was fantastic.

I had to take our other vehicle in for scheduled service two weeks later and was, again, treated perfectly. Our service advisor was extremely helpful, we received our car back quickly and they had a detailed list of what had been performed outside the normal routines. This included fixing the backup camera.

This dealership sets the bar. Where most people dread the car-buying experience, I look forward to dealing with Sasha and the rest of the team at Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta. Thanks!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM JIM ELLIS AUDI-AWFUL!
I contacted Jim Ellis Audi because I wanted to buy a new car. Bob Harris responded with a rude and completely inappropriate email when I simply asked him what the best price he could give me was. He told me he didn't need my "pity business" and to please go elsewhereand, that if I did not buy from them but serviced my car there, he would make sure I was treated poorly! I simply asked for a quotethis is unacceptable! There's too much competition to be treated this way!

Trust****Service******Honesty*****Quality
I took my car in to get a brake inspection. I was well greeted by Kevin and staff. They offered me a seat and something to drink. Kevin checked on me periodically to update me on the services. After leaving as a satisfied customer, Kevin later contacted me to make sure I was okay with the service and everything was perfect with my car. Jim Ellis is a great place; I enjoy bringing my car for service. The staff, especially Kevin, are great and the service my car gets have always been perfect. If you like Quality, professional, value & satisfaction, then you need an Audi and services from Jim Ellis Marietta.
They are know to me as "THE TRUTH"

Second purchase from Jim Ellis in 3 years, driven by positive experience in both buying and servicing department, but most importantly being treated as members of family.
Both times we got expected trade-in value and competitive price for new vehicle purchased. We highly recommend Mr. Thom Holmes who will ensure that your buying experience is relaxed, and pressure-free.
