A very close friend of mine encountered some very serious charges that seemed nearly impossible to beat. Her parents retained Richard Blevins after receiving a recommendation from a family friend. Once the facts were presented, it seemed she had a valid defense- but not nearly substantial enough to overshadow such serious charges. Richard Blevins jumped right in and immediately began to build a strong defense, which he knew he needed. He never let us see him sweat, and he never expressed doubt. He certainly put his heart and his head into the case, and I truly believe that in itself turned a valid defense into a winning case. The outcome of the case changed the lives of several people in such a positive way and I cannot think of words worthy enough to express the gratitude we all have fro Richard.
I have recommended Richard every opportunity i have gotten and will continue to do so any chance I get. Richard's kindness and consideration paired with his experience and quick wit make him invaluable.

I have used Leonard, Rickman & Holloway mutliple times for different cases. The entire team was very professional and very conscious of my needs as a client.

My last two cases have been resolved quckly and professionally by Richard Blevins. His team was always responsive and helpful with ALL my questions (and I like most had plenty).

I found myself in a very troubling legal situation a little while back after an unfortunate auto accident. I was facing loss of driving privileges, possible employment termination, not to mention personal embarrassment for myself and my family.

A friend recommended an attorney in Marietta that they trusted. I called this person only to find his case load was too heavy to take on my case. He recommended Richard Blevins.

March 2009, I suffered a personal injury. I haven’t been on my job long enough to qualify for health insurance. I ended up hiring a lawyer only to find out he had NO personal injury experience, discontinued his services.
In need of an Attorney, my brother heard good things about the site Kudzu.com from the local consumer reporter. I thought that would be a good source in the community to find a lawyer to represent me. Shortly, a representative from Leonard, Rickman & Holloway, P.C., accepted my case. After several months the lawyer was non-responsive to return my calls. I had question and few answers for my situation. Frustrated with my level of care, seem to stand in sharp contrast to friends experience dealing with Attorneys. The attention to details, updates, and yes calls. I guess my expectation was high, after having an attorney with no experience, and the glowing testimonials on outstanding rating on Kudzu. Upon telling my brother, I had not heard from my attorney RICHARD BLEVINS after numerous calls. On October 16, he called his office to find him on another line. After speaking with him he mentioned that, “I could change lawyers if I was unhappy with the service RICHARD BLEVINS was providing.” It must have so incensed him that his client wanted to have his call returned. That on October 17, I was sent a certified letter canceling his representation of me.
My results might not be typical, but this situation has occurred to me.

I found myself in a predicament last year and my professional and personal life was at stake. I spent several days consulting with attorneys in Marietta. Philip was the first attorney that I talked to and after consulting with several other firms in the area I decided to hire him. He was not the least expensive of all the attorneys that I talked too but he was by far the most knowledgeable. Every question that I had for him he was able to answer immediately. He gave me an accurate assessment of what the charges were and how hard they would be to fight. He proposed a multilayered strategy to give me the best possible chance of beating or reducing the charges that I had against me.

My husband retained Mr. Holloway because of as issue related to his mental health. Mr. Holloway was understanding of his needs and handled the case in a professional but compassionate manner. You can tell this man is highly thought of in the Cobb County court system. He was responsive to our many questions and went out of his way to put us at ease. We would recommend him without reservation.

I have been using this firm for the last two years, And I have had the best service that I have ever experince in a law firm, I work with Tani and I really mean she works with me, she helps me to understand my case and what is going on it a way that makes you feel that mistakes happen and you will be ok. That's special. When working with people it takes a people person to understand their job and what you are going through. I am very satifty with the choice I made with this firm.

I was skeptical about filing bankruptcy and got lucky when I found this attorney on Kudzu he is phenomenal and his firm offers a full range of other services.

Regardless of whether you pay in full or not, this man (Rob Rickman) comes through to your advantage! Even after the service was over, he was able to go out of his way to satisfy my business for me. I could care less for his paralegal though. I would definitely recommend him though. Only issue is Tohni, the paralegal who can have an attitude. Try to catch her on a sunny day.
