Kelsey's Dog House

Not quite sure what they did to my dog here Granted he doesn't love getting groomed ~ he would shake, tremble and have a B.M. in their front yard when I tried to take him here. At his current groomer's (V.I.P. in Vinings - they're awesome), he walks right in & they've never had one problem with him. Trust me, after my experience at Kelsey's, I ask every time. The front office is snooty, and called me to come pick him up once when I was in a meeting because he was 'too scared to get a bath and barked at an employee.' What dog isn't a little scared of a bath? After the second or third time this happened, they asked me to never bring him back. He did not bite anyone, just barked. Really? These people work with dogs? Unless you have a toy poodle who loves getting a bath, run!

I will no longer be going to Kelsey's dog house. Although the groomers are wonderful and most the staff is very pleasant, the girl that works up front is awful. I have never been talked to so disrespectfully. I will return once the issue is resolved but until then neither I or my friends will be returning.

We work in dog rescue and are pet sitters so we have frequented many places like Kelseys. This place is by the far the best is you live in the Buckhead area. The location is great. the prices are reasonable. And the service was professional. We took our latest dog there for grooming and playtime and were impressed with the cleanliness, value, and set up of the building. If you have a small dog, this is the best deal in town.

I have a very skittish dog and Kelsey's caters to her nervousness. They are very good about calling me the minute she is done, so I can come and get her. They tell me how she did and make sure that she is groomed only by the people she feels comfortable with. Your dog is like a child to you and they completely understand this.

You can definitely tell they love dogs. They are accomadating and very professional.
When we pick our Shih Tzu up, she's very alert, playful and cute!
Like someone stated..they do what you want..not what they want.

They did a great job on my stinky mixed breed and didn't treat him like a, wellmutt! He even came home a lighter color (and smelled good) Thanks guys!

Kelsey's staff and services are top-notch. They are knowledgable, experienced, personable, accomodating and best of all, they absolutely love dogs! Miss Bella has so much fun with the staff and other dogs that she rarely wants to come home after an appointment. Kudos to Kelsey's. I highly recommend their services.

Kelsey's Dog House is in a remodeled bungalow that is decordated to look like an actual dog house. It is adorable on the outside. It is terrific inside as well, the service is great, and the grooming was fantastic.

First of all, the facility is very bright, cheerful and immaculate! It really does seem to be a Bed and Breakfast for lucky dogs. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. The best part was that my dog came out looking like a show dog and they even emailed to me a photo of my pomeranian after she was groomed! I love that place! Trixiesmom

Kelsey's Dog House is a great place for your pup! My dog loves going here. He actually runs up to the front door and tries to open the door himself. It's a smart little house that has been outfitted for canines of all sizes. They play indoors and out, and love every second of it. They do wonderful grooming - doing what you want, not what they think you want. I highly recommend Kelsey's.
