Great Work and Very Professional!!!
This is my second time hiring Andre and Tile Creations, and I am very glad that I did. I first utilized Tile Creations 4 years ago to install my kitchen backsplash. Andre did such a good job that I immediately hired him to tile my 3 bathrooms. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Andre was always on time and a true professional. When I moved and needed a kitchen backsplash done again, I immediately thought of Andre. He and his assistant did a great job with my backsplash, and most importantly was able to meet my rather agressive deadline. I highly recommend Tile Creations!

A NewTravertine Shower & Floor
The new Travertine shower we had installed in rental property is beautiful. Tile Creations did an EXCELLENT JOB. They tore out the old shower, installed boards, tile, and sealed my entire shower and floor. My wife trusted me to find a contractor and TILE CREATIONS really impressed her. Thanks for a job well done!! A special thanks to ANDRE for making us feel like our project was priority.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Andre and his team did an AWESOME job on my kitchen floor. He installed a custom design on the floor and created a beautiful backsplash. This is the second job Andre has done in my home and he's done 3 for may friends. The most amazing part was that he always showed up on time and finshed the job exactly on schedule, even though I caused a hold on the job. Andre and his team were awesome. I was more than satisfied with the price, the values that his business hold, and the NEW LOOK of my kitchen floor. I feel very comfortable in referring any and everyone I know to use TILE CREATIONS!!!

NOT recommended - BEWARE!!!
My wife and I contracted Andre to lay travertine stone in our entry way, living room and powder room (approx 1600 sq ft). All was good until the end... The stone sealer was rolled on quickly and VERY thick. He told us to stay off of it for min 4 hours. After about 45 mins, my wife and I both asked Andre if it was was supposed to look like it did. It looked like a coating of polyurethane on top of it - he said it was a great matte sealer and NOT to worry. Later I found the container of sealer it said "after 20 mins, wipe off any excess"! The next morning the floor was VERY shiny with streaks and bubble marks all over it due to the poor roll job applying the sealer! We had Andre come back to look at the floor -- he at first tried to say it was correct and then finally admitted that it looked horrible! He tried several strippers which basically did nothing but leave more streaks and a bigger mess. At this point he stopped taking my calls and ignored me since he had been paid after the sealing was done. After 3 months of no help or calls, I had to contract another company to hone and fill the entire floor -- $2000! I do NOT recommend Andre and his team after the VERY POOR way he handled his screw up!!! No less he claims he has done tile/stone for 14 years -- I would think someone who has done it that long would know how to seal the floor correctly! Buyer beware!!!

First,I would like to take the time to apologize for the misconception and/or any misunderstanding on Tile Creations part. We at Tile Creations base this business on honesty, family values, and morals. It is NOT our practice to leave any customer less than 100% satisfied. In regards to this specific project as stated by the customer, the job was "all good until the sealer". The matte sealer was selected based on the installed natural stone. Once the sealer was applied the customer agreed that everything looked perfect......until the wife came home. The sealer, as known, will leave a "sheen" when applied to any flooring surface. The husband was satisfied however, the wife preferred not to have any kind of "sheen", not shine, to the floor. Once it was made clear that the wife was disatisfied the crew and myself immediately went back to the home, in between various projects, to remove the sealer. I informed the customer that it takes several treatments to remove sealer "properly" without honing. However, the customer wanted it removed instantly due to family arriving. A different company was contracted to sand and hone the floor, in which I paid that company $500. There were several communcations between myself and the customer and after weeks of not hearing from them I assumed that everything went fine with the new contractor. HOWEVER, months later I was told that I needed to pay $2000.00 for errors the new company caused i.e. gashes in floor and smudges from the honing machine. I made every effort to resolve this issue and satisfy the customer, nothing seem satisfactory enough. Andre' of Tile Creations!

Great Job
Andre and his crew did great work and were very reliable. He showed up on time and always returned phone calls. The price was incredibly reasonable and we couldn't be happier with the result.

Great Job!
From start to finish this was an incredible experience. He came out to give an estimate the same day I called, and was out shortly thereafter to lay the floor. He did an amazing job and my kitchen looks beautiful. I'll definitely have him back to do my bathrooms. And the best part is, he is an honest, trustworthy person. Oh, and the fact that he was by far the lowest price in town. Thanks Andre for the quality work.

Professional!
Andre and his assistant were wonderful to work with while installing our kitchen stone backsplash. After a granite installation nightmare that delayed the progress of our kitchen remodeling, it was a delight to work with Andre. He was recommended by our general contractor who had seen his work. I would DEFINITELY ask Andre to work for us again in the future.

Wonderful new look
My kitchen has a whole new look. At first I thought the renovation of my kitchen would be stressful and long, but once I spoke to Andre of Tile Creations, I knew that it would go smooth and uninteruppted. With the idea and vision I gave Andre, he created a design that is so unique and beautiful. I love the look of my new kitchen.
