With such a personal and intimate need, the doctors at this practice made me feel very comfortable. I sing their praises and highly recommend this practice.

I agree with the reviews of Dr McKinney. I met her one time before I was trying to get pregnant and found her to be very cold. Dr Dawson was great! He delivered my second daughter and I had a very good experience. He is calm and professional and really listens to his patients. I see the NP Melanie Turco now for routine care and I like her a lot.

When I was in L&D, the nurses asked who my doc was. When I told them "Dr. Dawson," they both smiled and told me I had the best. I already knew that, and he was AWESOME. When my son just wasn't going to come out the conventional way, and was in some distress, Dr. Dawson kept me and my husband calm and explained our options. I think I would have freaked out about a C-section with anybody else but him.

Throughout my pregnancy, this practice did a great job of taking care of me and my baby. I love their online access. I can email the docs, check my lab results, request appts etc., which saves me a lot of time. I've met most of the doctors and liked them all.

I developed some problems post-delivery and the doctors on call were great about calling me back at 2:00 a.m., getting me back into the hospital to be seen immediately, and treating my condition.

My husband and I love this practice.

I don't recommend this doctor to anyone.
When I gave birth and I have to push my sun,she suddenly desepeared without any explications,..my sun was born with hypoxia ,because nobody was there to tell me when to push(I was with epidural).She is a very,very superficial dr.I don't recommend this dr from my experience.

I love Dr Smith. She listens to me. Very gentle and gives me options to think about. Have been going to the practice for years. Sometimes there is a long wait but I think that's because they have sooo many patients. I referred my best friend and she loves her too!

I have been going to Dr. Maria Arias for several years now. She is kind and patient, and always acts as if she has time for you. She is very thorough and comprehensive. I highly recommend her and her staff. They are very professional and have diagnostic tools on site - lab, ultrasound, etc.

I started going to Dr. McKinney in 2003 and was diagnosed with Endometriosis. She did my first surgery and it did not good. I have since found (as in about 4 months ago!) that I have staples and such in my pelvis from her that NO ONE told me were there. I really liked her and the practice at first, but I soon realized that the staff didn't care about you at all. To them, you are just a chart number.

My mom also went to Dr. McKinney and had her hysterectomy 3 years ago. Dr. McKinney ended up clipping something during the surgery and caused mass bleeding! My mom had to be opened up completely. She had a HORRIBLE recovery and continued to have severe pain for months. She has now had 2 'repair' surgeries to mend what this doctor botched up! Including having mesh put in her abdomen to patch a hernia she got from Dr. McKinney 'forgetting' to stitch up the lap. incisions!

They were totally on top of things and Dr.Dawson saved my preemes life.

As an expectant mother I loved this practice (they delivered both of my kids). Mary Alice the ob nurse was very patient with me whenever I would panic over something. I don't know if I will continue to use them for regular GYN visits due to the fact there are so many OB patients the GYN patients wait too long.

I've been using this practice since moving to GA 18 years ago. They delivered my only son and have taken very good care of me over the years. There are a couple of doctors who don't have the best bedside manner but there are others who are simply wonderful.
