After initial contact, still no service (despite 2 contact calls promising same)4 days later.
First call was someone who said they weren't sure how to resolve our problem (a virus on a laptop) but we would receive a call from someone who could. Two days later received a call promising service, and we would 'receive a call from a technician'. A day later someone called us from Accounting (!?) who didn't seem familiar with our situation at all.
No knowledgeable service contact was ever made, and we finally gave up on this company 5 days after initial contact promising us service.
Huge letdown, especially after the reviews we read here, which prompted us to call this company.
Forced to look for another company to solve our issue.

I called around to numerous PC shops about trying to fix my traveldrive (the USB came off and I had a million files that I needed to get back because literally my whole life is on there). Everywhere I called they said they couldn't do it but Your Computer Guy was very efficient with my problem and fixed it with no ease and in a very timely manner. It took no time at all; they were very friendly and extremely efficient. I recommend everyone to go there for there computer problems!

I work from home online and needed a computer person right away. I called on a Friday and Dan was at my house 1st thing Monday morning. Can't ask for more than that. He's competent, quick and professional. I highly recommend Your Computer Guy.
