Great Service
We went to Carpets of Dalton looking to find a deal on an area rug and we were not disappointed. The selection was second to none and the staff was more than friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we got exactly what we needed. We were able to find a rug for out living room in the style and color that we needed. We also need a special size area rug for our dining room so Carpets of Dalton called the manufacture of the rug and had them ship it directly to my house to save me the time of having to come back to Dalton for the rug. I highly recommend taking the trip to Carpets of Dalton for all of you flooring covering needs, you wont be disappointed.

Worth the Trip
We went to Carpets of Dalton to find a deal on wood flooring and found great deals on tile and rugs as well. They also have an unbelievable furniture showroom with a full size house built in the back to show off the furniture. This place is crazy big, and the deals made it definitely worth the trip.

I have never seen more variety in my life!
Carpets of Dalton is the best store you can visit if you need flooring, furniture, or outdoor furniture. They have the best prices and friendlest staff. Their store is organized and well lit and the dream home in the back is awesome.

found plenty of deals here.....
As a shopper i am always looking for a good deal. I found several deals when we went to Carpets of Dalton. We had to drive awhile but it was well worth the drive. We found more carpet in their warehouse then we had expected and the prices were GREAT. our salesperson was very helpful and asked us questions before they took us to the warehouse. Where in our house it was going, do we have kids (2) pets, etc. They then took us to a product that was perfect and helped us find an installer. GREAT JOB!!!

Buyer Beware
I went in with my measurements, which the salesperson converted based upon the width of the roll and returned home with a little under twice what I needed [or around $500+ extra and enough to do another large room], which even with my sheet showing the conversion by their rep and my willingness to pay a restocking fee has left me with a huge roll of untouched carpet and pad sitting around. When I have spoken to the salesperson and the manager, all I get is sarcasm and condescension (it is definitely an “ol’ boy’s network”). Their prices may be great but when you end up buying way more than what you needed, even though it was confirmed that the dimensions you provided were correct, the price may not be as great as it appears. There are other Dalton area carpet sellers who will get my business in the future….

Carpets of Dalton, Inc. has been in the flooring business for over 35 years and very often measurements for flooring purchases are provided by the customer. We provide the customer with a professional estimate based on the customer’s measurements. We strive on a daily basis to give the customer enough carpet to complete their installation in a professional manner without selling them too much. We follow industry standards according to overages and allowances. Also, we try to accommodate customers as much as possible when something goes wrong. However, we cannot be responsible for customer’s measuring mistakes. If you are unsure about your measurements we will gladly recommend numerous installers that will measure your room or home for a small fee. We deeply regret this occurrence and work hard every day to avoid these situations. It is always the goal of our company and people to provide the best product and services available, at a great price to ensure that you become a customer for life.

Great service and price
We looked all over atlanta for carpet and decided to drive up to Dalton one day to compare prices. We saved over half of what we would have spent in Atlanta. The carpet was new and had no flaws. They even delived and installed it. With the money we saved, we were able to buy a new HD TV!
