Sean, Mike and Kevin did a great job finishing our basement. They did it for a very good price and did not cut any corners to get the job done. They were also very easy talk to and ask questions and suggest changes - although they usually anticipated things I wanted
done before I even asked. They take pride in their work and know what they are doing.

The Pearl team has a wide variety of knowledge about carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, etc. They know what to do, and just as important they know their limits such as when to call in an electrician or plumber for a specific task. As a homeowner that means Sean will tell you either "We can do that" or "We know a reliable expert we can get to do that." Highly recommended.

Rebuilt a large deck for us. Sean does a super job at a reasonable price. Most important to me is integrity (rare these days). I WILL use Pearl Construction again!

We were in trouble with structural damage to our bathrooms subflooring.Sean, Michael and Kevin came in with a great extimate and brought our
bathroom to life. Plumbing was moved over to allow a much bigger space with a seat in the shower to boot. From the tile selection to the color of the grout
my wife and I were comfortable to go to work and enjoy the progress on a daily basis.We'd trust Sean and his skills with any future projects.You'll be amazed too.

I hired Pearl Construction Group to replace some vinyl siding. They did an excellent job, were on time, very quick, & affordable (compared to the other estimates I got). I know I will be hiring them again.

Exactly as it should be- The guys at Pearl Construction were hired to find and repair some structural deficiencies at my warehouse and did a great job! They worked efficiently and on budget, never disturbing the ongoing business. I’ll use them again for professional or personal investments.

I hired Pearl Construction to build a storage shed in my yard. Sean and Mike were great. They showed up on time everyday and cleaned up before they left. The shed was on budget and completed in the scheduled time. Thanks guys!

Sean and Mike did a beautifull job on are new deck.Thy realy new what thy were doing.Thy handled everything from building to clean up.I know we will enjoy it for year's to come.

Sean did an incredible job building a free-standing screened room in our backyard. The quality, sturdy construction far exceeded our expectations. Sean was always on schedule and there was never a mess at the end of the day. We highly recommend Pearl for any job and will definitely use them for future projects.

Sean and Mike have successfully completed a 3rd. project for us. Creative, prompt and outstanding craftmanship continue. Pricing is very reasonable. Day end cleanup - impeccable. Will employ Pearl again in the future. We are fortunate to have such a service available!
