Mr. Transmission of Marietta

I took my Yukon 4wd into get serviced. I requested a transmission fluid/ filter change, and fluid in the transfer case and both differentials be changed. The Svc Manager Marc, informed me that the fluid in the differentials and transfer case did not require changes. What an honest person and great to work with. He also advised me he had a coupon worth $25.00 off. a potential $350.00 job only ended up costing me $95.00. What a refreshing experience in honesty. I will get all my future transmissin needs done at this Mr. Transmission in the future. I highly recommend this place to others.

The folks a Mr. Transmission are second to none. It's hard these days to find auto repair shops that will give you the straight story about what's wrong with your vehicle and not leaving you feeling taken advantage of. I told about everything from the point of the diagnosis up to the completion of the repairs w/regard to what it was going to take to repair the vehicle as well as the cost. I cannot say I felt the same leaving an AAMCO shop prior to finding Mr. Transmission.

Mr. Transmission of Marietta performed a diagnostic on my car. As it turns out the problem was not even a transmission or an engine problem, but a clogged catalytic converter. They gave me a referral for where I should take it to get fixed, and did not charge me a penny for all their efforts.

They could have charged me for the diagnostic tests they performed, and they could have charged me a lot of money for unnecessary work that was not needed. Who else can you say will do this for you?

Our family will definitely be coming back to this shop!

Mr. Transmission on Cobb Parkway in Marietta is amazing. They gave me an accurate estimate of how long I would wait for a diagnosis. I know ZERO about transmissions. They could have told me my problem would cost $3,000.00 to fix and I would not have know the difference. Instead it turned out to be only a $300 problem. Mark and the technician took the time to explain the problem, gave me all of the options, suggested the best fix, and then sent searched for the lowest price for one of the parts I needed. The estimate they gave me was exactly what the repair cost. I cannot say enough about Mark--after you meet him, you know you can trust him. I will never go anywhere else for transmission problems.

I brought my car to Mr. Transmission because i actually called after hours and talked to Mark. He took the time to talk to me about what was goin on with my car unlike some of the other places I called. My problem was that I couldn't put my car in first gear unless it was off and was pretty much floating gears to drive it.
When I brought my car in everybody was very nice. Mark called me to update me about my car every time they did anything. Gave me an awesome discount. And fixed my car really fast to try and make sure that I would have my car back really soon. Since it's my only car it really meant a lot to me.
My car runs great nowactually better than it ever has. I will definitely bring my car back if I ever need any work done on it.
I would recommend Mr. Transmission to anybody!

Really I thought I would not find a car repair place that would give me good honest information about my truck. I had taken my truck to serevral places and I got serveral varying prices from $200-$1100 this includes the dealership. So, I took my car to Mr. Transmission the attention I received was as if I was the only customer they had. Marc kept me inform and explain the problem with my truck and gave me a price to repair much less than the dealership. Finally, I have found a repetable business I can trust!! Thank you

My moms' transmission went out in the intersection of Hwy 20 and Thorton Rd she barely made it into an Aamco were the day got even worse. The guy wouldn't even give her an estimate. She explained to him that she just got laid off and her daughter was going to have to pay for it and we needed an estimate. He told her that by law they couldn't. When she asked him if anyone could give her a ride home (which is less then 5 miles down the road) the jerk told her that it would cost her $20. My mom was crying hysterically by the time she got a hold of me and I told her to take the car somewhere else that I would not be giving that jerk any of my money.
That's when our angel Mark at Mr. Transmission came in and saved the day. Mark not only gave me a best and worst case scenario but he also told me to go online and print off a $100 off coupon. He kept us imformed throughout the entire process and made us feel like we were his only customers. He even got the car finished a day early! I will be customer for life! Thank you Mark for taking such pride in your job and making this an awesome experience. You're the best!

I do all work on my vehicle myself with the exception of transmission work, so when my tranny started acting up I needed to find a tranny shop. My vehicle has been serviced at this location twice. The first time was several months ago; after I got the vehicle back I noticed a bracket missing under the hood. I thought it must have been an honest mistake so the next time I needed service I went back. The second time I found a screw laying in my vehicle. I looked at the area they worked on and found where they had forgotten to install the screw. Given the high price for service at this location the quality of work should be PERFECT, but it's far from it. I would say go here if you can't find anyplace else, but I'm guessing you'll be able to find someone a bit more thorough out there.

This place is like a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with repair shops. Mark is so friendly, honest, and helpful. I had issues dealing with the Aamco right down the road when my transmission decided to kick it, so I took it to Mr. Transmission instead. They were great and willing to work with me to get it fixed. I've even had another problem with the car that isn't transmission related and they got a cheap tow to their place and spent several days attempting to diagnose the problem at no charge to me. Thanks, guys! I sure hope I don't have more car problems, but if I do, I'll bring it back here.

I just wanted to say I am a HUGE fan of MR. TRANSMISSION - Marietta. They take personal care for your car and get it to you in a timely fashion. I would never trust any one else with the care of my transmission but MR. TRANSMISSION of Marietta!! Luv u guys!!!
