Had an issue but they rectified if extremely well
I was not satisfied with a recent cleaning of my gutter but after speaking to Davis at A Better Gutter they addressed my concern and demonstrated that they clearly do care about customer satisfaction. I had not planned on using them again but after this experience I will definitely come back to them when my gutters need cleaning!

Great Service Company
I called to get my gutters cleaned and the girl in the office gave me a price and explained everything. The service was completed 5 days later and my gutters look great. They even let us know we were missing a couple of shingles on our roof and took care of that at the same visit.

Very Disappointed
I have used A Better Gutter Cleaning in the past and was satisfied with the service. However, I made an appointment to have my gutters cleaned and was told that someone would be out in 7-10 days. To my surprise, no one called or came. I called back and was told that I would be moved up as a priortiy. After 4 days, no call, no show. I called back and spoke with Brian who apologized and informed me "truthfully" that they were waiting to get more jobs in my area before coming out...he stated that they would be out in 7 businesses days at the latest. I work in the service industry and could not imagine this level of service nor did I expect it from a company that had provided what I considered quality service. Suffice to say, a customer has been lost. I cannot imagine paying money to a company that fails to be upfront with me.

It seems to me that the insuination here is that we misled him on purpose when he originally scheduled? Admittedly, it was going to be about 13 days instead of the 10 that we quoted. That's the only thing that happened here. I apologized for the delay and told him it would be done in just a couple more days at the most. He said that we told him 10 days and if it was going to be 13 he was not intrested.

Never received the service
After reading such excellent reviews on the great service and reasonable prices, I decided to call to schedule to have my gutters cleaned. I was quoted the amount for the size of my house and was told they would be cleaned in about 7 business days. I would receive an email 1 day prior to them coming out to clean the gutters. Needless to say, it has been approx. 3 weeks with no email and no gutters cleaned.

We've been around for a long time and there are several companies that copy us to the point that it can be difficult for our own regular customers to tell us apart from these "copycat" companies. I'm pretty sure that you believe you called us but what you're describing doesn't sound like our company.

Paperless and Hasslefree.
Emailed them for a quote. Received quote in email. Scheduled appointment online. Cleaned within 10 days, was not even home. Left no mess. Bill was same as quote. Paid online. I love it. So easy.

Excellent, Fast service!
I called this company and within 5 days they were out exactly when they said they would be- they were in and out within 30 minutes. Cleaned the gutters and all areas where the mess fell. Very reasonably priced and couldn't be easier to use. Will definitely use them again.
