Bonehead - Grilled Fish and Piri Piri Chicken.
Piri Piri is a sauce derived from the south african "Bird's Eye Chili" it is combined with other various herbs and spices and comes in 4 flavors (Lemon & Herb, Medium, Hot, Extra Hot). The sauce is basted on the chicken as it is fired grilled to perfection. The fish is grilled with our Boneheads Spice (Similar to a dry rub) and topped with one of our homemade toppings (Pineapple salsa, Piri Mushrooms, Cucumber Lime Yogurt) Fish choices are Grouper, Salmon, Talapia, and Mahi, as well as monthly specials. All of our entree's can be made with or without these spices. We have very healthy and delicious sides (ie Grilled Asparagus, Grilled Zucchini, Asian Slaw, Etc)
