With all of the information available online, it was tough to figure out which agents were truly top-notch. Thankfully, we selected Kerry Lucasse to help us sell our home and buy a new one in our favorite school district. Even though we know she's a busy woman, she and Ruth were so organized and

We hired Kerry to help us sell our home after it had been languishing on the market for over 4 months with another realtor. At a time when we were frustrated and exhausted, Kerry's energy and enthusiasm was much needed and appreciated. She gave us some very direct and actionable suggestions on how to make our home more marketable. Kerry also had several unique ideas help get buyers back into the house. To make a long story short, we had a signed purchase contract in our hands ONLY 18 DAYS after Kerry re-listed our home! My wife and I are thrilled with Kerry's performance and definitely plan to work with her again in the future.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Kerry's perseverance during our home buying adventure. From the first time we spoke, it was evident that she was a true professional and had so much helpful information to share. We planned on interviewing several realtors, but after meeting Kerry, we knew she was the perfect fit. After listing our home for almost 5 months with a popular realtor in our neighborhood, we only had a handful of people tour our home and no signs of a serious buyer. Needless to say, we were disappointed and decided to meet with a few other agents. After spending less than 15 minutes with Ms. Lucasse, we knew she was the perfect fit. Her honest advice, staging recommendations, creative internet marketing plans, and enthusiasm were a breath of fresh air! We took our home off the market for about three weeks (Kerry's recommendation) and then she put her staging and marketing program to work. In the 2nd week, we had an interested buyer and within 21 days, we had a contract! If you are looking for an agent, please don't just hire the one with all the signs in the neighborhood (trust us!) - you need to call Kerry. She's smart, dedicated, a tireless negotiator.

I cannot recommend Kerry enough. We live in Louisiana but our house was in Decatur, Georgia. So we were contending with long-distance -- plus the house was vacant, on a flood plain, and in a neighborhood where no houses were selling. But Kerry (and her winning personality) helped us price it right, she actively marketed our house with listings on multiple sites, and she helped us throughout the negotiations, always keeping us posted on the progress. And this was all over the phone. Within 30 days we were under contract. This would not have happened without her expertise and diligence.
