ARNOLD Masonry and Concrete

Scott and his crew installed a fantastic looking crab orchard flagstone patio and walkway. The crew was on time every day, very courteous, and worked long hours in some cold wet weather. The layout of our home and small hill behind our home presented a difficult challenge for proper rain runoff. I am pleased to say the patio drains perfectly with absolutely no standing water. The crew moved sections of ornamental fence, repositioned and adjusted two gates, and improved the look of a self installed retaining wall. Scott was very fair with some changes we made during the construction. And without asking them the crew set up our heavy fountain for us. We will definitely use Scott for our future hardscaping projects. Thanks for great looking backyard patio Scott.

We've been in our home (roughly 3000 sq ft. home on 1/3 arce) for eight years, and decided this past November that we would do our first ever backyard renovation. We decided to go with ARNOLD Masonry and Concrete because of their excellent service record and because they were a one stop shop for all the work we wanted done. Our renovation included the following improvements: the construction of new Crab Orchard flagstone patio, the construction and staining of a 12' x 12' x 8' pergola, the installation of a 5' x 8' in-ground gardening area lined with stone, the construction of a cedar shadowbox fence to enclose the backyard, and new landscaping along the sides and back of the home. From start to finish, Scott Arnold (owner) was very responsive to my emails and questions; he listened to what I wanted done, and provided opinion and input that was very helpful in shaping the design. He gave me a clear and detailed contract, with turnkey pricing so that I knew exactly how much I'd be spending up-front. The work crews and subcontractors who did the work on my home were on time, hard-working, and polite. Scott knew what was happening with my project at all times, and came out several times to make sure that the work was going according to plan. Scott Arnold, owner of Arnold Masonry, is wonderful. In today's business world he is a breath of fresh airpersonable, conscientious and dependable. He installed an interior brick wall over ordinary drywall. Other companies weren't even willing to tackle the project. The finished job was awesome, and absolutely no mess was left behind. I would highly recommend Arnold Masonry without any hesitation. He was able to turn my vision into a reality. I am one pleased perfectionist....

An awesome company. The first thought that popped into my mind. Scott and his crews are the best in what they do and their “hands on” approach and customer service is top notch. Scott and his foremen were always there for us, whether through phone, email, or in person, to answer all questions and to provide info that we didn’t even ask for. The design approach was great fun and we learned so much. Our project wasn’t as large as many they have done yet it is obvious to us that they did not cut any corners and the workmanship is…..awesome! A couple of stone and brick patios with surrounding walls that included “lattice brick work” to create a very private courtyard with a really neat firepit. They also built some really interesting brick and stone benches and helped us by hanging a wall fountain.

My husband and I had been searching for a company to renovate our basement for over a year. What we envisioned was not the typical sheetrock and carpet basement. We met with Scott and went through our ideas along with photos and looked through Arnold Masonry’s portfolios. We desired a richer feel which involved brick and stone and Travertine,etc, as well as specific woods and a wine cellar. A bar and a mural were added with textured walls as well. An amazing transformation which surpassed our original thoughts and vision.
Arnold Masonry was not the least expensive yet we have found that you really cannot compare pricing to final product in that business. Without a doubt, we made the best choice and highly recommend them.
