Ramirez Hardwood Flooring

Our scenario was a little different than the ones described below. We completely remodeled our kitchen, replacing everything except the hardwood flooring in early May. Several months later I realized our new refrigerator had been leaking all over our wood flooring, damaging a 5'x6' section. Ramirez Flooring was willing to come out and tackle a small job. Nobody else would even call me back. Patty called me back on a Sunday! To replace only certain boards in the middle of an established floor takes skill and serious attention to detail. Many of the cuts involved negotiating established, high end cabinets and I cannot praise Patty and her crew enough. They care about people and do fine work to boot. Give them a call.

Ramirez Flooring was very prompt in coming out and giving us a quote. Their prices were very competitive. They started work within days and were finished in time for the weekend! Our floors look absolutely beautiful! Patty was a "One-Woman Shop" for other service needs for new homeowners. I would highly recommend Ramirez Flooring.

We just had our hardwood floors refinished by Ramirez Flooring last week and they look awesome. We had a few other people come out to give quotes. One of the people that came to give a quote told us we would have to stain the floors because they were not natural oak and the stain would cost extra. That was BS. Our floors are the natural wood from the 1940's. Patty, from Ramirez Flooring, was honest and gave us a good extimate. She did not try to screw us over and charge extra for staining our natural oak floors. They were very professional and the floors came out great. I highly recommend them for all of your hardwood flooring needs.

We recently purchased an extreme "fixer upper" with badly damaged and pet stained original (1927) hardwood floors. We had several companies come out and give us quotes. Some were really high and one even said it was an impossible job and no matter what we paid him it wouldn't be worth it and we should just replace them. We very much wanted to keep the original floors if possible, and just as we were going to give up on repair we found Ramirez Flooring. They gave us a very reasonable quote, worked with our tight time constraints and assured us the repair was possible. I cannot even begin without photos to tell you how awful these floors looked and smelled before and how amazing they are now. All of our friends and family are blown away at how beautiful they look and we are so pleased to have kept the original floors. We wish we could bring the guy back who said it was an impossible job and show him these results. We have dealt with many contractors, plumbers, etc. in our journey on restoring this house and this was by far the best experience we have had. They were affordable, professional, stood by their time line and did amazing work.

Pulled up carpet in a bedroom to find hardwood floors. Hector & his crew were great! Came out on a Saturday to quote & started that Monday. I can't tell where the current floor stops & the new one begins. They cleaned up, took away old capret, painted and installed my baseboard. Could not beat the price. Am having them back for my other room and kitchen.
