Trust Dean and his crew. I have three vehicles Jeep, Acura and Toyota van, all high mileage. I first came to Dean with the Toyota van after the dealer threw many parts for an evap leak several after $1800 they could not fix it. Dean fixed it for less than $300. I would only trust my Jeep with Dean. He is always up front and knows his stuff. I met his tech Jay when I had a question about a repair on the Acura. Not only did he show me the concern but took his time to be sure I understood. They treat you like a friend.

There was a review posted on 08-08-2010 by Cookiemom with a title of almost got me killed. After reveiwing a history of our repairs we have never seen or worked on a repair as the one described by that unsatisfied customer. We are Brown's Auto Clinic and we are aware of another repair facility with a similar name which could be easily mistaken. We are sorry to hear of your bad experience and hope you got it resolved, next time we reccommend coming to see us at Brown's Auto Clinic for a better experience.

Never fixed my car right. Caused a multitude of other unnecessary repairs which cost me a lot of wasted time and money. Never fixed the problems right which almost got me killed. I will never bring my car back here again. Incompetent and careless...a dangerous mix when you're talking about your car.

On my 05 Crossfire Brown's charged me $1575.00. The dealership $810. Browns kept my car for 5 days. Ed Voyeles only kept it for 2. Browns told me all the things they wanted replaced. Ed Volyes told me what I needed to replace. Ed Volyes gave me half the price, half the wait, and half the headache that Brown's did. I will never give Brown's any of my business or my family business.

Boy it is really hard to find a good mechanic who knows the italian engine in the liberty diesel. After mistakenly filling my car with gas , not diesel fuel, my regular mechanic was afraid to work on it,,so I hunted through the internet and found this shop. The mechanics knew just what to do as they were former mechanics at the dealers who have closed (Jeep)..they went to diesel school at Chrysler and learned my engine...and were good at communicating with me...I feel lucky to have found them

The service I received at Browns Auto Clinic defined an ideal customer service that is rarely seen in businesses anymore. Dean is an expert of his craft and is also a reliable and honest individual with whom I know I can trust. If you are someone who has been given the run around or milked dry financially with unnecessary, costly repairs, you need to make Browns Auto Clinic your only choice for your auto repair needs.

Dean Brown is by far the best and skilled mechanic in town. I have had my parents drive from Virginia to get there cars all serviced from Dean. I cannot seem to explain the magic that he has with vehicles, he just has the magic to make any car come back to life. Very honest and is one mechanic that actually really walks thru the cars and explains the problems and concerns. Thanks Dean....

Mr. Brown, thank you for being a man of your words. I was referred to Brown's Auto Clinic several months ago. During this time, Mr. Brown provided transmission work on one of my vehicles and guaranteed his work for a specified period of time. This same vehicle recently had additional transmission issues and Mr. Brown stood by his guarantee and provided quality service to fix the problem at no additional charge. Thanks again.

I have to admit that I was a bit hesitant to bring to car to somewhere other than the dealership but the combination of the quote they gave me and the reassurance from a friend that Dean was reputable and would back up his work, convinced me to bring my car to him. I dropped off my car on a Monday morning and it was ready by 5 pm and I even had the suprise that he had it detailed. I will definitely make him my go to mechanic and have already told my friends and family to trust no one but him.

After going to the dealer for nearly 5 years and being ripped off with prices and service, I finally found a shop that provides quality workmanship and a knowledge based that's far superior to many. Browns Auto Clinic truly is the best shop one can find in this city. I have referred many friends all of whom have remained loyal customers as well. If you haven't tried this shop out yet, please do the next time your vehicle need servicing. You won't be disappointed.
